Private Full Day Tour to Abu Simbel temples from Luxor

First of all, the car was good. It was comfortable to drive for about 5 hours. And we stopped frequently so we didn't have to hold it in to use the bathroom. If we wanted to eat somewhere, they would guide us to a delicious restaurant. It was a trip with absolutely no inconvenience. The guide in Abu Simbel also told stories to his grandchildren like a grandfather telling old stories. I recommend it!!

The itinerary was okay, but the price was a bit too high, over $2,000 per person. It essentially felt like a package tour, with a tour guide only providing explanations at the entrance of the scenic spots.

I definitely don't recommend departing from Luxor to Abu Simbel Temple. It would be better to leave from a closer location if possible. I left Luxor at 3:00 AM and had a very long drive to reach the temple. There are two temples in total, and at each one, the guide spent about 5 minutes telling historical stories, then asked for a tip 🙁. I also saw the guide interacting with other tour members earlier. What I found most unacceptable was that along the way, at gas station rest stops and even at the small shops near the attractions, they only sold cookies and no hot food. As a result, my driver and I didn't have breakfast or lunch, and we didn't get back to Luxor until 5:00 PM. The driver worked the hardest, and I gave him a generous tip.
