My passport was due for renewal, and I found Holo+FACE online, which had great reviews. The KLOOK voucher (including hair and makeup) was an amazing deal! 😍 The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The first person I met was the makeup artist; she seemed young but was very professional! It had been a long time since I'd seen myself with makeup on ❤️, and my hair looked fantastic!! 💕💕 The photographer was excellent at guiding me. They did a test shot first to see if any makeup adjustments were needed, then took three different expressions for me to choose from! (When I heard the international travel company was paying, I laughed so hard my eyes disappeared! 🤣) Next was waiting for the photo retouching! The wait was about an hour, and the retoucher was super fast! The retouched photos were perfect and didn't need any further adjustments! 👍 From hair and makeup to receiving the photos, it took about 1 hour and 40-50 minutes. This might be because it was a weekday, just for your reference! ❤️

This passport photo service exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. They helped with my makeup, guided me with posing, and carefully edited the final photo to make sure everything looked great. My Mandarin is limited, so I especially appreciated how kind and accommodating they were — they communicated with me using some English and slower Mandarin, which made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I chose the resume photo package. Overall, it was good; the photographer and retoucher were very professional. They guided me on poses, took multiple shots for me to choose one for retouching, and I was satisfied with the final product. However, the makeup and hair were just average; it was simple concealer (a bit haphazard), eye makeup, and lipstick. I could have done it myself at home, essentially relying on retouching, so it wasn't worth spending extra money on makeup and styling. By the way, most of the cosmetics used were 3ce.

First of all, the staff was friendly and patient. From the reception to the photo shoot, I felt respected and valued. Before taking the photo, the photographer carefully guided my posture and expression, and confirmed many times whether the photo shoot met my requirements, which made me feel very relieved. Secondly, the photo equipment was professional, the venue was clean, and the lighting and background settings were in place. The finished product was natural and clear. What impressed me even more was that the post-production service was also very attentive. The details of the photo were just right, without distortion and improving the overall image, which fully met the formal requirements of ID photos.

The whole experience was amazing! I added the makeup and hairstyling service this time. The makeup artist carefully confirmed my needs, and I could discuss photo retouching with the staff in real-time. I would recommend my friends to come and take photos here~
