Experience: The end-to-end service was incredibly smooth, and I'm extremely satisfied with the final product. Every step, from reception, makeup and styling, photography, to retouching, was very efficient. Even though it was a weekend and there were a lot of customers, booking in advance helped manage the flow of people, and customers for photoshoots generally didn't have to wait long. Plus, the staff were all very friendly and polite. Overall, it's an excellent experience that I'd recommend to friends and family, especially for first-time photo shoot participants. ☺️

My passport was due for renewal, and I found Holo+FACE online, which had great reviews. The KLOOK voucher (including hair and makeup) was an amazing deal! 😍 The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The first person I met was the makeup artist; she seemed young but was very professional! It had been a long time since I'd seen myself with makeup on ❤️, and my hair looked fantastic!! 💕💕 The photographer was excellent at guiding me. They did a test shot first to see if any makeup adjustments were needed, then took three different expressions for me to choose from! (When I heard the international travel company was paying, I laughed so hard my eyes disappeared! 🤣) Next was waiting for the photo retouching! The wait was about an hour, and the retoucher was super fast! The retouched photos were perfect and didn't need any further adjustments! 👍 From hair and makeup to receiving the photos, it took about 1 hour and 40-50 minutes. This might be because it was a weekday, just for your reference! ❤️

This is my third time taking photos at HOLO+FACE, having visited the East District, Zhongshan, and Grace Hotel locations. The East District branch is smaller, while the other two are a bit more spacious. The makeup artists are quite fast and do a great job. The photographers provide good guidance during the shoot, and the retouchers are very efficient. You can get your photos on the same day.

This passport photo service exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. They helped with my makeup, guided me with posing, and carefully edited the final photo to make sure everything looked great. My Mandarin is limited, so I especially appreciated how kind and accommodating they were — they communicated with me using some English and slower Mandarin, which made the whole experience very comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Booking and scheduling appointments after placing an order are quick and convenient, plus there are discounts available. I truly feel the service at the Huashan store is excellent, and I'll definitely go there again if I need to in the future!

The environment is elegant, and there are hair and makeup services included. There's also a variety of clothes to choose from. After the photos are retouched, the first version will be shown to the customer for confirmation. Afterward, an appointment will be scheduled for pickup.

I chose the resume photo package. Overall, it was good; the photographer and retoucher were very professional. They guided me on poses, took multiple shots for me to choose one for retouching, and I was satisfied with the final product. However, the makeup and hair were just average; it was simple concealer (a bit haphazard), eye makeup, and lipstick. I could have done it myself at home, essentially relying on retouching, so it wasn't worth spending extra money on makeup and styling. By the way, most of the cosmetics used were 3ce.
