From Vienna: Guided day Tour to Hallstatt and Salzburg

This was an absolutely incredible day trip from Vienna! Booking through Klook was seamless & the confirmation process was quick and easy. The price was reasonable for a full-day guided tour covering 3 stunning locations. The real highlight of the trip, however, was our amazing driver and tour guide, Martin. From the moment we stepped on the Mercedez Van, Martin's professionalism and knowledge were evident. He was incredibly organized and ensured everything ran smoothly, which is impressive considering the long journey and multiple stops. Martin's insights into the history and culture of both Hallstatt and Salzburg were fascinating. He shared interesting stories and facts that brought the places to life. He was also very attentive to everyone's needs, answering questions patiently and offering helpful tips. The van was comfortable and Martin's driving was smooth and safe allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. He managed the schedule perfectly, giving us ample time to explore each location without feeling rushed. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations, and Martin made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Martin as your guide. He's a true asset to the tour company and a fantastic ambassador for Austria. We'll definitely be booking with Klook again! Thanks Martin.

it's an over all good trip. we enjoyed suggestion : Melk location can be removed from the trip and extra time can be allocates to salsburg as during winters , sunsets at 4pm and it's very dark to explore the city after 4pm

The guide was very kind. He picked us up at the hotel where we were staying almost as scheduled. We were able to visit two cities efficiently. However, please note that the free time in Hallstatt is short. (I think it can't be helped since we visit two cities in one day.) Hallstatt is colder in winter than downtown Vienna, so I recommend bringing a down coat.

the guide is doing his great job and professional. I booked the tour to Hallatatt and Salzburg, but I was in the group that going to others city more than I selected. I ended up spent more time than I expected with this tour and it quite disappointed when I got the different itinerary from what I had selected. It was good to see more places, however it wasn’t matching with my timing schedule. in addition, I didn’t get email to confirm the trip at all. I had to check it with my friend who travelled in the same trip as me.

We had an amazing experience touring 3 places in one day. It was such a great time, and our tour guide Michael explained the main spots well with his professional knowledge and took great care of us, making it a memorable trip. However, it is a big advantage to pick up each hotel one by one, but if the hotel is far from the city, it takes a lot of time because you have to wait for others to pick you up.

I recommend it! Michal was friendly and explained things well. The van was comfortable, and the pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel made it even more convenient. I booked the Hallstatt & Salzburg tour, but I found out that they would stop by Melk on the day of the tour. My time in Salzburg was shortened, but it wasn't bad. Thank you :)

We used it on Monday, June 9th. We were picked up at 7:00 on time. We picked up two groups on the way, so there were a total of six people on the tour. We arrived in Salzburg in a Mercedes van in just under four hours. They showed us around Mirabell Gardens and the old town, which are famous for the Sound of Music. After that, we headed to Hallstatt, but we took the train on the way to Hallstatt Station (because we thought we would be traveling by car all the way). We were lucky to be able to get on the train. From there we got on a boat. The view from the boat was just as shown in the photo. After a little over an hour of walking, we stopped off at Traunkirchen on the way back to Vienna. There, we were impressed by the surprise of wine from our guide, Mr Maya. From there, they took us to our hotel in Vienna. Mr Maya drove safely and kindly, guiding us at our pace. When I got off the boat, I dropped my wine glass. I'm sorry. I'm glad Mr Maya was my guide! Thank you. Thank you very much. If possible, I would like a photo of Mr Maya taking all of us on the Lauffen Bridge.

We travelled in a family of 4 and combined wirh another family of 4 (aus) so it’s a perfect small group tour, thanks to the operator👍🏻. Co-ordination of the tour was perfect as well as communication was clear. Maya is the perfect tour guide who is considerate, led the tour very well as we transited from place to place, perfect 10🎉. We strongly recommend this tour to others!!

Maria is a very lovely women who provided anything for us throughout the tour. She gave us sweets, drinks and wine. She’s also very helpful and patient even if we are a little late😂. Thank you again, this was a memorable experience.

We have had a wonderful day! Our guide Michal was on time to pick us up from the hotel, drove very safe, gave very good explanations on the sites we have visited…The trip was as just good as it could be. Besides we were with very friendly travellers all through the day. Thank you to all♥️
