High1 Multi-Day Tour with Accommodation

Arrived Noon and went to the hill condo checkin as instructed but no one there. Look for and found ourselves a staff at valley ski house check in. They struggled to get our bookings. sorted out but left an hr of day ski. waste of my booking ! The room is good at hill condo though we spent too much time on gondola getting in and out. The ski slopes are ok though not much natural snow this week here.

Title fraud. It said the hotel included skiing and ski equipment, but when we went skiing, we were told that it didn't include ski passes or ski equipment. Just the hotel fee. When I communicated with customer service, they blamed AI translation errors. Absolutely ridiculous. The resort itself isn't a problem, but this agent is a huge rip-off.

Completely misleading information regarding the hotel you may stay in . it says Hill/mountain hill or grand hotel. I was downgraded to valley condo, where even a BATH towel is charged apart. believe it or not...room had only face towel !!!Room's bed terrible and simple at most furniture. Daily rate ,i am sure, is the lowest in the ski resort.I was expecting a mid hotel but no this. People at the condo was kind enough, NOT THEIR FAULT, but Klook definitely lied on the product description. Probably I paid 50% more than I should.
