Portable Mobility Aids/Scooters/Wheelchair Rental in Singapore

We rented the mobility scooter for two weeks and had an excellent experience. We took it with us all around Singapore, and it made travelling and sightseeing so much easier and more comfortable. It was extremely helpful for someone requiring mobility assistance, especially considering how much walking is involved at Singapore’s attractions. We used it across different parts of the city and it was convenient, reliable and easy to manage throughout our trip. A special mention to the staff, who were extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. The entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free, and having the scooter for the duration of our stay gave us a lot more freedom to explore Singapore without worrying about long walking distances. I would highly recommend this service to elderly travellers or anyone with limited mobility visiting Singapore. It genuinely made a huge difference to our trip and allowed us to enjoy Singapore. The scooters really helped us on our visit to Singapore. The Agis Medical company brought the scooters to the hotel ready to be used. and then picked them up after we had left. The battery got us the few km to the Asia museum and back to our hotel. Our only suggestion would be a pouch to hold the battery charger so we could easily carry it with us and extend our use.

My dad and aunt both have knee problems and can’t walk long distances, so getting around can be difficult. The scooter made our Singapore trip so much easier and more enjoyable for them. The battery lasted all day, and the service was excellent—they delivered it to our hotel and picked it up after. Charging overnight was simple, and it was easy to fold, though a bit heavy when taking Grab around the city. Overall, it was absolutely worth it to see them move around comfortably and pain-free.
