TungLok Signatures in Singapore

the food was tasteful and the plating did not disappoint. some of the usual dishes that I order elsewhere were done well here in a creative manner. But the terms and conditions for the voucher was not very clear - the $100 is for the subtotal only, cannot redeem tunglok rebates together with vouchers and it’s not applicable to set menu. Also the staff mixed up my orders with another table. they tried to do some service recovery but the way that’s it’s being done left you in a guessing mode - especially when the wrong dish was taken away from you without explaining what will be done. in the end, they gave us fruit juice in test-tubes and waive off a dish of special chilli that we did not even know we need to pay $5 normally.

The quality of food is very good, especially the crispy prawn and spicy fish! The Klook voucher helped us to get some good discounts off the original price.

We celebrated our Aunt’s birthday here. Good food and service. Enjoyable experience.

the vouchers were easy to use, although there were some confusion on what can we use the voucher for. The quality of the food given the price paid, is a bit over-priced.
