If our company books optional activities on your behalf, we will only refund the corresponding booking fee if the attractions are closed or the itinerary is canceled due to weather or other force majeure factors and no losses are incurred after confirmation.
- If there is a discrepancy between the time indicated in the itinerary and the time notified by the driver on site, please refer to the local notification time.

- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events that may endanger the personal or property safety of tourists and prevent the trip from proceeding normally, ·Note: Force majeure includes natural and social causes, such as natural disasters, strikes, major infectious diseases, government actions, and attraction closures. ·Unforeseen events refer to accidents caused by third parties, such as traffic jams or flight/train delays that are not the responsibility of the travel agency. - If you encounter parking or sightseeing and taking photos during the journey, it is strictly forbidden to stay in the middle of the road. You will be responsible for any traffic accidents or personal injuries caused by personal reasons.
- In some travel destinations with changeable weather, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, the driver will adjust the order of the itinerary in combination with the actual local conditions, and the final interpretation right belongs to our company.

- The order of the itinerary may be slightly adjusted depending on the arrival date, subject to the final tour notification. Please be sure to arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified time and wait patiently. If you do not arrive on time after 15 minutes and multiple attempts to contact you fail, it will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment of the itinerary, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

- Various transportation vehicles, hotels, restaurants, and attractions used in the itinerary have different regulations regarding the safety and rights of tourists. Each operating organization is responsible for tourists.
