Inclusive Of

Device Details:

  • Data allowance of 1GB per day
  • The data allowance is calculated on a cumulative basis. For example, if you booked for 4 days rental, you will be entitled to 4 days x 1GB = 4GB of total data to be used over 4 days
  • Minimum number of rental days: 2
  • 4G network device
  • Can be shared with up to 10 devices
  • Penalty for spoilt device at RM500 per device
  • You will be notified your data usage via text message

Additional Information:

  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Monday and return it on a Thursday, you will be charged for 4 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Redemption Locations:

  • Pick up and drop off at Arrival Hall Kiosk Level L2-13
  • Located beside Toys 'R' Us
  • Opening hours: 24 hrs, daily
  • Pick up at KLIA will be arranged by a staff member at International Departure Hall - McDonald's
  • Drop off at KLIA will be arranged by a staff member at Arrival Hall Level 3 Dunkin Donuts
  • Opening hours: 6:00am-11:00pm, daily

Pick Up Process:

  • You can present either a printed or mobile voucher at the kiosk or designated meeting point
  • Make a refundable deposit of RM200 (by cash only)

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the the kiosk or designated meeting point
  • RM21 is charged for every extra 1GB used or part thereof
  • You will be refunded the full RM200 deposit should everything be in order
  • Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period - any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of RM28/day

Device Extension and Support:

  • For any changes to your device rental during rental period, please call our operator's 24 hour hotline: +60 17 888 8201
  • There is a minimum 2 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price (RM28 x 1.5 times) for the extra days when you return the device
Cancelation Policy
  • Once confirmed, no cancelations may be made

    Overall, a good experience. Was hard to meet up for the initial pick up - needed to wait 30 minutes after arrival at Dunkin’ Donuts. Beyond that, the wifi worked well and did not have any problems

    I didn't get Wi-Fi last night in Klia. In my Boucher, the pick up place is 3f Dunkin donuts at arrival hall. So I waited there but there's no one. And then. Klook driver came out for Transporting to Hotel and He helped me, he called the look office, then the officer said my Wi-Fi was in klia2. So I asked him to cancel my booking for Wi-Fi and he asked the officer on the phone. So please check the my calcellation. The name for booking is Jung Hye Jin.

    Signal is great, be sure to test if you’re successfully connected before leaving the airport, prepare a deposit fee.

    Terrible experience!! Pickup was not an actual stall for the device. It was Dunkin Donuts and the person would meet you there. She wasn't at the place when I arrived. I had to spend on a prepaid sim to call klook to get their number then call up the rental service. After calling 5 times with no answer and 45min waiting, I gave up. Klook advised me to take a picture that I was at the meeting point as evidence for a refund. When I had left the airport without the device they finally called me while in the taxi saying they called up my mobile multiple times and I wasn't answering. They were flat out lying. Then they SMSed me multiple times to harass me and tell me they would not honour a refund and I wont get anything from them. Just Terrible. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

    we have to wait 5 banking days for the deposit refund. We thought that once you return the gadget the deposit will be given to us, it says that open anyday, everyday but when we return the wifi router the kiosk was close.

    Terrible service, data is slow. It is almost like dial up. When we arrived in terminal 2, I was waiting in line, a Chinese group cut me off the line and started talking in Chinese to them. The place is not easy to find. I was directed 3 times before I found out about this tiny place.

    Good thing I new a friend who worksin KLIA and he directed moe to the pick up spot. The firts device was problematic. We are connected with the device but cannot connect online. Good thing is we are still in the airport and we are able to hVe it exchanged. So a tip to the users, check the device first before leaving the counter to avoid inconvenience. Also they ask for security deposit in RM. i used my credit card and they told me that the deposit will be returned in RM. quite different when i rented a router in Taiwan.

    As always, having WiFi is helpful. This was great although some what tricky to find after arriving in the airport.
