The disadvantage of this route is that it requires two entries and exits in one day. The driver on the return trip was very patient and waited for me to enter Singapore. It would be more convenient if an important long-distance bus station in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, could be opened to go to and from Desaru Coast Water Park.

Very convenient pickup location, and process of getting tickets is easy too. Unfortunately, system only allows to get same day return ticket, not able to get return ticket on later date.
Easy to exchange the vouchers at Singapore flyer. The coach is big and comfortable. Saw passengers boarding at Jurong East even though the description did not included the pick up point.
Clean bus. Hassle free to redeem. Eventhough its a long travel to desaru but still our time to enjoy the waterpark is enough. Still need to hop on and off of the bus for the immigration process🙃

Ticket collection was fast and easy. No need hardcopy vouchers. Office at The Flyer is near the drop off point. Executive bus. Very clean. At desaru, we all alighted are Hard Rock Hotel. And I just needed to walk 100m to my hotel.
We were the only group that booked the coach tickets, so we got a private transfer on StarEx instead! The driver was very friendly and contacted me to arrange pick up at Singapore Flyer. I didn’t book the return tickets, which was a bad move since I cannot book Desaru to Singapore tickets online so had to go to the travel agent office to do it.
