audio guide needed to be downloaded on own from qr code given when collecting tickets. factor in mobile data to download app and the audio guide. we took about 45min to explore all 4 floors. informative.

It is a small and lovely place to visit if you appreciate the story and try to bring yourself into Juliette's environment. Top level showcased Charles Dickens notes on his visit in Verona. Went in the morning around 10am. After that the crowd builds up.
