• During the trip, you may encounter traffic congestion or early closing of attractions. The supplier will adjust the itinerary according to the actual situation, and we appreciate your understanding. The tour guide and driver will do their best to provide you with quality service.
• Please ensure that your communication software is available during your trip to Japan. No refunds will be given for cancellations or lateness caused by failure to make contact. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the trip will be cancelled. In the event of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure as to whether or not to cancel, and you will be notified by email.
• We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes, and bringing warm clothes and rain gear as needed.
• The itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are uncontrollable, so please avoid scheduling other activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather that prevent participation in the tour or affect the scenery. We appreciate your understanding. The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic or facility maintenance. No refunds will be given if you abandon the itinerary for personal reasons during the trip.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The itinerary does not offer changes or additions mid-way, and any losses incurred due to lateness or failure to participate will be borne by yourself.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and note this in advance.
