Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan - Universal Studios Japan shuttle ferry by Captain Line

it was a fast and smooth ride. less than 10 minutes from USJ port to aquarium port. We wanted to see the view so we sat on the top although it was cold we loved the scenery

Just be aware when you buy your confirmation QR code has to be taken into the ticket office booth for them to scan to give you a physical ticket. The agents are really sweet and helpful, they'll direct you where you need to go even if there's a bit of a language barrier. It was a fast and smooth sailing from USJ to the aquarium! Best way to get to there, even if you get off at the Universal City station and walk over to the ferry station just outside Hotel Universal Port.

The ferry to go from Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan to Universal Studios Japan is a good way to discover Osaka by boat in the Bay of Osaka. The trip lasts roughly ten minutes. There is a deck at the top of the boat to feel the breeze from the sea and to benefit from the view. I recommend that travel experience.

I think this is the fastest and most convenient way to get to Kaiyukan! It was easy to book in advance through Klook. It seems to operate every hour at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour.

10 minutes ride from universal city area to Osaka aquarium. Much faster and convenient than the train.
