Reviews summaryhad a lovely time at the hotel/spa soaking in the hot spring water. the attending forgot we had a high tea ticket as well but rectified it immediately after we brought it up nicely. time was just enough. loved the face mask and freebies. short walk from the train station.
It is very close to the Xinbeitou MRT Station. It was very convenient in the past. The only drawback is that we have to walk a short slope. However, we had no problem dragging our suitcases. It is recommended to drive to Xiaohuang or take the bus at Beitou Station. The room is very beautiful, with a flush toilet and abundant supplies, including snacks, drinks, tea bags, and a hot water kettle. The staff are also very polite and have a good service attitude. As expected of Jinghua Group, you must come to Beitou for hot spring bathing!
Yesterday, I visited Beitou and explored several public hot springs. The only one I hadn't been to was Wellspring by Silks, which offers a limited 3-hour session. As expected from a hotel invested in by the Regent Group, the experience was exceptional from the moment I arrived. From the welcoming staff at the main entrance to the front desk, a dedicated attendant guided me to the hot spring floor. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and professionally introduced the facilities with a warm smile. The women's public hot spring area features a dry landscape garden design, with a full moon reflected in the pool. Inside, there's a steam room, a sauna, two hot pools, and one cold pool. Thoughtfully, there are also water dispensers, coffee, chamomile tea, sports drinks, milk, and apples available. The space is quite compact and cozy. I was fortunate that when I entered yesterday, there was no one else there, so I had the place to myself. The music and ambiance created a very relaxing and comfortable experience.
3-minute walk from Xinbeitou Exit 1. Obvious location and convenient transportation. Upon entering the hotel, take the elevator on the right directly to the 5th floor to check in. The staff is friendly, and the hot spring is clean and spacious. This time, the ordered package includes an outdoor open-air hot and cold spring. The outdoor open-air hot spring at night is a great experience. Worth a visit.
Less than 3 min walk from MRT. Seamless check in process for private onsen upon arrival, took less than 3 minutes. Room comes with snacks, drinks and facial masks to enjoy. Most importantly, it is very clean.
The place was new and aesthetic. It’s a few stones throw away from Xinbeitou station. We appreciated the complimentary snacks in the room. Water was easy to switch temperatures in except for the shower. They had a huge smart TV in the room too. there is a temperature to check the water. The room we booked had a bit of a small tub. if you are tall, I suggest you get the bigger one
The room is beautiful and well-furnished. Water pressure is good. We filled the tub with fully hot water and it was the perfect temperature to get in straight away. The timing was perfect for a quick shower, a nice soak, and then a chat on the private balcony. The provided masks are in the refrigerator which is such a thoughtful touch. The yukata are also so cute and comfy. Perfect for a mother-daughter date!
There is a parking lot in the hotel, the driveway is large and easy to drive, the counter staff is good, the hot spring room is clean, the real hot spring is very comfortable, I would like to go there again
This review is for the Public Bath. Enter the hotel and go straight to reception desk - bypass any staff hanging around the lobby, they don't know English and sent me up to 5th floor spa....who then accompanied me back down to the lobby to register! Public Bath is on Level 1. Enjoy
It was a great experience. The public pool area has three pools: warm, cold, and hot, suitable for everyone. There's also a sauna, snacks, and a steam room available! (Phones are not allowed inside, so the photo is from the internet.)
