Terms & Conditions of Tasting Passes and Tasting Room Tickets:
• The Tasting Pass Ticket includes an admission ticket. • Please present the Voucher QR code on the ticket at entrance for verification by the Organiser. • The admission ticket is only valid throughout the Event period from 23 to 26 October 2025. Pass redemption and admission will be closed 30 minutes before the closing time of each day. Pass redemption and admission are closed 30 minutes before the closing time of each day. • Please present the ticket QR code at the Collection Counter at the Event’s entrance to collect a Tasting Pass and Wine Glass. • No exchanges or replacements will be offered for the wine glass & gift coupon once it has been collected. • Grand Wine Pavilion Access allows unlimited entry of the Grand Wine Pavilion on the collection day. Re-entry is subject to crowd control measures. Children aged under 18 are not allowed to be admitted. • Participants must be aged 18 years or above to be eligible for wine tasting and must produce proof of age, e.g. identity card, passport or other travel documents, for inspection upon the request of Event staff. • This ticket has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. • This ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, cannot be re-sold and will be void if altered. • No replacement will be offered for any lost, stolen, defaced or damaged ticket. • The organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. Appropriate announcements will be made on the day of the Event. • Terms and conditions and house rules apply. In the event of disputes, the Hong Kong Tourism Board reserves the right of final decision on all matters concerned.
