I had an amazing 3-day tour to Niagara Falls and Washington, D.C. The entire trip was very well organized and exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to our tour guide, Jay, who was exceptional throughout the journey. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He provided detailed information about every destination, and significance of each attraction. The hotels selected for our stay were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated Jay's thoughtfulness. He made sure we had suitable meal options by stopping at nearby for both lunch and dinner I would also like to thank our driver, Joy, who ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout the trip. Despite the long hours on the road, she drove professionally and making us feel safe at all times. I highly recommend this tour, and if you have the opportunity to travel with Jay and Joy as your driver, you're in for a memorable experience.

On the way, we were overcharged an additional fee of US$310 per person. I had never been told that it would be such a large amount before, so I was a bit dumbfounded at the moment. It was said to include attraction tickets, basic service fees for tour guides and drivers, and a total of 3 meals in 3 days (not three meals per person), but what I got was meals worth US$10-20... The hotels arranged by Buffalo City were also terrible. I can't explain it... Because the pipe was so clogged, I had to soak my feet in the previous person's bath water when taking a shower. We also understand that travel agencies must have basic profits, but we cannot agree with this method of charging sky-high hidden fees afterwards. This should be made clear from the beginning, so that participants can make their own decisions about whether to sign up. I hope Klook can also take care of things for users so that we can continue to use them with peace of mind.
