Reviews
We have very good Skiing instructor, Harima san. He is very professional, patient, helpful and cheerful. He help us to get all rental equipment and clothing. We leran a lot from him and we enjoyed the lesson.
Highly recommend!!! Great for beginners, and easy to get to from Tokyo. I especially recommend Kiki-sensei, she's a fantastic teacher!! I want to come again next time.
We arrived 1.5 hours earlier to rent and put on the snow wear. The staff from rental shop would prepare the equipment for you. The quality is good. The instructions were not very clear but there would be a staff from the YUZAWA INTERNATIONAL PRO SNOW SCHOOL to pick you up eventually from the shop so waiting inside the shop is fine. The staff drove us to the Iwappara Ski Resort and met the coach. He introduced the coach from Taiwan to us. The staff and the coach are nice and friendly. We did some warm up and learned how to use the snowboard and the basic skills. We enjoyed the lesson and it was a good experience for beginners.
Before I went there, I had a lot of questions, so Klook transferred them to the school for me. The school staff replied to my emails very quickly, which made me feel relieved. The coach Aaron we met that day was also very good. He taught very patiently, one by one, was also patient with the children, and was very concerned about the children's safety. He would help us take pictures whenever he had free time (although he was almost always busy because there were four of us). Thank you very much, coach! However, beginners are strongly recommended to have at most two people to one instructor, as this will give them more time to learn. Otherwise, they will have to wait or practice on their own while the instructor is leading others.
In just three days, Leo helped me go from not even knowing how to properly put on the ski equipment to genuinely enjoying skiing on the slopes. This transformation would not have been possible without his patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. He explained every technique clearly, corrected my movements carefully, and most importantly, encouraged me constantly. Even when I was nervous or unsure, he remained calm and supportive, which gave me the confidence to keep trying. Because of him, skiing has become something I truly enjoy rather than something intimidating. The course was absolutely worth it, and I am very grateful for such a positive learning experience. Please extend my thanks to him — he is a wonderful instructor and a great representative of your school.
We got an English speaker instructor name Andy, I believe he is from Taiwan who works here. He is the best instructor with all the basic skills and very patiently teaching us. hopefully will get to meet him again next year and will continue using this serious as it is very convenient. They even offer us pick up at the train station with return trip too.
We are two people with zero skiing experience and participated in the 2026/01/29 course. We are very grateful to Coach Duck for his patience and attentive guidance from putting on the equipment to the end of the lesson. Highly recommended. The course was arranged by the local ski company Yuzawa International Ski School. We suggest the company improve the way students identify and meet their instructors. It's hard to find the instructor in the vast snow based on just a headshot. Fortunately, the instructor found us.
Many reservations can only be made two days in advance, but here you can book courses for the next day, which offers a lot of flexibility for itinerary planning.
our instructor Yama is very good instructor. He shared and taught very patiently to my two daughters. thank you very much 教練:excellent 地點:excellent 體驗:excellent
This skiing trip was so lucky to have such an amazing instructor ⛷️✨ Thank you to instructor Syo Inoue, whose teaching was very serious, meticulous, and patient. He explained things clearly and was very good at guiding us, helping us improve a lot! The most touching thing was that the instructor always encouraged us in a very warm way, so even when we fell, we didn't feel frustrated, but rather more confident to continue challenging ourselves. Thank you so much for your company and guidance, allowing us to leave with wonderful skiing memories 🙏 Syo Inoue is an awesome instructor! 🌟 Also, the entire trip, including transportation and snow gear rental, is highly recommended!!!
