Admission Policy
-All ticket holders must proceed to and present their e-ticket confirmation at the Welcome Desk located on 3/F at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong to validate their ticket before entry on a specified date. -Admission will stop 30 minutes before the closing time. -Ticket holders should note there will be a queue and wait-time during peak hours. The Organizer reserves the right to implement traffic management to maintain a pleasant visitation and experience.
Admission under Severe Weather Conditions
Typhoon Signal No.8 (T8 Signal) or above
If T8 signal or above is hoisted before the Fair opening time, the Fair will be closed and reopen for admission three hours after when T3 or T1 is hoisted. However, if T8 signal or above remains hoisted four hours before the closing time, the Fair will remain closed for the rest of the day. Ticket holders can present their ticket for admission on the next day, when applicable. Otherwise, a refund will be arranged by KLOOK.
If Hong Kong Observatory announces a specific time for issuing T8 signal that overlaps with the Fair opening hours, the Fair will remain open until scheduled closing time.
Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted before the Fair opening time, the Fair will be closed and reopen for admission 2 hours after when Red or Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force.
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal remains hoisted two hours before the closing time, the Fair will remain closed for the rest of the day. Ticket holders may present their ticket for admission on the next day, if applicable. Otherwise, a refund will be arranged by KLOOK.
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted during the Fair opening hours, the Fair will remain open until scheduled closing time.
The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in the case of any disputes.
Rules of Visitors
-Smaller bags can be taken into the Fair. Backpacks, crossbody bags, suitcases and trolleys of any size are not allowed. Only one bag per person is allowed. -Please be mindful of your belongings. The Organizer will not be liable for any lost or damaged items at the Fair. -Press and promotional photography and filming will be taking place at the Fair from time to time. Attendance at the Fair implies permission for your image to be used for non-commercial purposes. -Personal use photography is allowed upon receipt of acceptance from exhibitors and partners. Photos must be taken without causing disruption to exhibitors or visitors, and with the safety of the exhibits in mind. -Visitors should never touch any exhibits on display. -Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Each adult can only bring in one child. -Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the Fair, except for certified service animals for visitors with disabilities. -Smoking or vaping is not permitted at the hotel premise. -Any unauthorized distribution of marketing collaterals will result in the visitor being asked to leave the Fair and removal of all collaterals.
Terms & Conditions
Your use of WHATZ ART CURATORS FAIR 2024 ticket (the “Ticket”) signifies your agreement to be bound by the following Terms, the Privacy Policy Statement set out on and all applicable laws without limitation or qualification.
-A valid electronic or printed copy of the Ticket must be presented upon admission. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission beyond specific date/time and upon violations of any rules of visitors. -No counterfeit Ticket will be accepted, the Organizer reserves the right to report to the legal authority. -The Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable, each admits one guest aged above 12 years old. Under no circumstances will replacement of tickets be issued for lost or unmarked tickets. -The Ticket may not be sold or exchanged for cash or any other goods, services and/or privileges. -You agree and authorize the Organizer to use any images or videos that consists of your portrait taken at the Fair for non-commercial purposes (including but not limited to the promotion, marketing or organisation of any other activities) in the future as the Organizer may deem fit. -The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any person’s admission without compensation. -By using the Ticket, the ticket holder shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Organiser and its official ticketing policy, which are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. -In the event of any disputes in connection with the Ticket, the decision of the Organizer shall be final. -In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
