it was soooo much fun! Ilham was such a fun and informative instructor. He was very interactive with us and engaged with us. i would recommend taking this class when you’re in istanbul. its in a very artsy and colorful area, so much inspiration around. and you get to take home something turkish that you made by hand 🫶🏻
I booked 3 workshops for the same day and all were amazing! This was my favorite part because I could create my own Turkish lamp!
It was a very fulfilling experience. The instructor was a young man who taught us kindly and carefully. We were very satisfied with the finished Turkish lamps. They even packaged them using cushioning material. There was one thing about the payment. I had paid in advance with Klook and I had a receipt, but after the experience ended I was asked to pay again, so I had to pay again. If I had the receipt in the local language from Klook, I would have been able to show it.
Making traditional Turkish lamps by hand is a lot of fun, and the finished product is very satisfying, giving you a great sense of accomplishment! The staff, Rusatam and Zeynep, were both very professional in their instruction. Everyone is welcome to come and experience it!
My wife suddenly had a wonderful idea was to look into Klook to find this place to make a turkish lamp. Husen was our teacher and fluently explained to our 3 kids to make these beautiful traditions lamp. The end products were beautiful.
Had the workshop experience with Zeynep and it was really interesting and insightful. it’s a very beginner-friendly workshop and would recommend! thanks so much!
Easy to find the place. The activity was easy and simple. Turkish tea and turkish delight was given. Nice experience and a great souvenir to bring back home. Thanks Aziz and Kamal.
We had so much fun, thanks to the amazing Zehra, she explained everything in so much detail and all the historical and cultural information was interesting and engaging. I would highly recommend this, not to mention that at the end you leave with your unic piece as souvenir.
If you’re up for some fun and creative time with your family, I highly recommended this activity. I visited with my 5 years old and we spent 3 hours there without feeling bored and really enjoying it! My daughter loves it a lot and it’s a good place to spent away from the sightseeing of historic places which bored the kids out. I’m really glad to found this place and it’s the highlight of our trip! The staffs are really kind and you get to take the lamp as souvenir home to remind you of good memories! They also have tea and snacks and a room where a family member who is not interested can wait.
Had a 1-1 session making the lamp with zeynep. She is very knowledgeable, not only about the lamp, but also history and generally about turkey as well. It is a unique experience and best part is, you will bring home a lamp with you
