Get the taste of a real Spanish kitchen
Whether you are with friends, travelling as a family or flying solo, you will learn to choose the freshest and tastiest products, you'll be in excellent company in a warm, inviting space, working together to prepare 3 classic dishes:
Paella, the iconic rice dish made with seafood and fresh vegetables. Pan con Tomate, a delicious local starter accompanied by Ham, Sausages and Cheese. Sangria, a fruity and refreshing wine punch.
Traditionally, a Paella is a communal meal with family and friends. That's why you won't be working on individual dishes, but instead collaborating to create your dishes as a group.

The experience was amazing. We learned about the history and the process of making paella. The chef was informative and was great at engaging our kids ages 7 & 9 during the prepping and cooking process. We all had a great time and enjoyed the food! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to experience the culture through food.
Together with the other participants, we made paella, tapas, and sangria. Although it can't be helped due to the nature of these dishes, there were fewer opportunities to cook with our own hands compared to cooking classes I've experienced in other countries, so it was mostly a class where we observed the cooking process. The instructor led the cooking in a cheerful atmosphere, and I was able to get along with the other participants, so I was very satisfied with that aspect.
