Pre-departure notice

  • Please ensure that the communication APP you reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's trip to your email before 8 p.m. one day before the trip. Please pay attention to check it (may be in the spam box).   • If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 6:00 p.m. local time one day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

  • The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please note that we will try our best to arrange it, but the final arrangement will be subject to the actual situation.
  • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to serve as a staff member, and the explanation content will be simpler.
  • If you need to bring luggage, you need to inform us in advance. If you bring it without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary adjustment and safety

  • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional costs will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
  • The itinerary is for reference only, and the actual traffic, stay and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide can reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
  • If the cable car, cruise ship and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, snowmobiles. It will be changed to other attractions or the length of stay will be adjusted.
  • If you are late, change the meeting place temporarily or leave the group halfway due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Landscape

  • In winter, if there are special circumstances such as highway closures or restrictions on access to scenic spots, we will reduce or change the route and will not be able to refund the money.

  • Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late and cannot join the group midway.
  • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please sign up carefully according to your health conditions.

* After the itinerary starts, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.

* During peak travel periods in Japan on red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, bullet trains, or dinners for that evening, and bring your own snacks and power banks.
