Mt Cook to Tekapo One Way Small Group Tour

Guide was so flexible. It was a great weather day and we stopped at various point to enjoy the great view along the way.

I often book trips through klook and have never had any problems. This time I was very disappointed and angry. First of all, klook's Chinese and English introduction and order confirmation include return journeys. I have also inquired through AI many times, and the repeated replies include both outbound and return journeys. I received an email notification just one day before departure. The title was "one way". I panicked at that moment, but it was too late to check directly with Cheeky Kiwi. When I checked on the day of departure the next day, they said they did not cover the return trip. Fortunately, they arranged for us to take the return bus at 2:30pm. They called me in the morning and informed me that there was a problem with the tour bus. The bus originally departed at 10:00 and was changed to 11:30. Unexpectedly, we waited and waited and the tour bus didn't pick us up until 12:20. This bus is part of the Queenstown tour and needs to stay in Tekapo before departing directly for Mount Cook at 12:40. The entire trip took more than 2.5 hours to set off. The original plan was to stay for 3 hours, but the first stop was only for 5 minutes, and the second stop, Mount Cook, was turned back in 5 minutes. In addition, there were many objects blocking the view at the stop, making it impossible to enjoy the beautiful scenery. We reported the time issue to the driver, but he was arrogant and threatened to get off the car if we were dissatisfied. We had no choice but to endure it and complete the entire journey. The weather was very good and the scenery along the way was beautiful. However, in the end, due to incorrect information from klook and improper arrangements by cheeky kiwi travel, it was a serious mistake. Affect travel mood. We paid about HKD2,500 for the trip together with the baby (and later booked an additional baby directly from Kiwi), but we got a tour that was inconsistent with the description, and we were very angry and demanded a refund! ! ! !
