Guides were professional and funny. Lunch was rich and delicious. Constructive suggestions and dequate time were given to explore. Initially, Google map could not locate "Piazza Mentana" so only located address instead. However, the address of the meeting point (50123 Firenze FI, Italy) was incorrect. The accurate address was 50122 Firenze FI, Italy instead. Finally, I could arrive accurate meeting point at 07:58 only through running then little bit affected the mood. Little minivan was little bit crowded.
Did not have the vineyard by the seaside visit. There are some of their staffs that follow our tour. The guide is good but the staffs are very unfriendly.
The only downside was that I purchased a package that included lunch, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't included. I noticed that no one in the group had bought lunch either. If that's the case, I suggest not offering this option to customers, or refunds are a hassle.😡
