- Scan your QR code at the foreign guest ticket exchange (located to the left of the information desk) - The admission vouchers for the entire group will be printed upon scanning the QR code - Present the printed voucher to the staff to receive individual locker numbers for each person - The personal locker will be unlocked for 20 minutes after entry and must be accessed within that time - Place your shoes in the locker matching the number on your tag and take the key to use the locker

The entrance is a bit hard to find, as you need to take an escalator down to the basement. Although the venue isn't very large, it has a water park, a Korean sauna (jjimjilbang), and a regular sauna, so you can enjoy all three in sequence. The food at the jjimjilbang restaurant is decent, but a bit pricey. You can bring your own towel to avoid rental fees, and remember to bring your own shampoo and body wash, as only soap is provided at the venue.

This is a place you can visit when it rains, but there isn't much English information inside, so you'll need to do some research. Lounge chairs cost extra, and you should bring a hat or swim cap.

Convenience of booking with Klook: Quick entry registration using a QR code. Price: $134 for both adults and children for 12 hours, excellent value for money. Facilities: Adults enjoyed soaking in the hot springs and then relaxing in the sauna. When going to the hot springs, it's best to bring cash and a locker key to queue for a back scrub. Children had a great time at the water park, which features several heated pools, so if they felt cold, they could warm up in one.

A very satisfying activity. The indoor water park isn't very big, but the kids had a great time. The kids played in the water, and the adults enjoyed the hot springs, each enjoying themselves. After playing in the water, we went to the dry sauna area, where there was food, a children's playroom, and mats laid out on the floor for resting, which was very enjoyable. Also, the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great experience with a water park and full spa in one place. My only complaint is you are charged for every little thing, so be prepared before you go. They will charge you for a towel, life jacket, hair protection. You are required to wear a hat or swim cap at all times in the water park. The water park has slides, various sauna jets and a lazy river.

This was a great place for indoor play on a cold day. Definitely try to bring your own towel (or they have them available for a fee), your own swim cap (which is required, and can be either a traditional swim cap or even a baseball cap works), goggles (if your kids are particular about water being in their eyes), and of course your swimsuit. This place is not huge but it has lots of different options, including various slides, a lazy river, and even an indoor playground/climbing set. Note that the pools all close for about 10 minutes of each hour, which you can use to get water or food at the on-site cafe, or try out one of the hot tubs (which are heated to varying temperatures). The locker rooms are separated by gender, but staff will help if you need help getting your child through to the pool area. Also, the chairs on-site are for rent, so you need to check in at the rental shop and pay a fee to have access to a chair for the day.

Convenience of booking with Klook: You only need to book one day in advance. It's perfect for kids in elementary school and younger. The kids had a blast, and the parents were able to relax in the sauna. Great experience!
