The driver didn’t count the number of people. When leaving the scenic spot, he almost left a group member I didn’t know. 3. There was a communication problem with the driver. He clearly promised to go to Omuro Mountain in 60 minutes. In the end, without being late, I was unable to go up to Mount Omuro and could only stay at the foot of Mount Omuro for less than ten minutes to take photos. This time when I came to Japan, I participated in two klook one-day tours. The comparison was really huge. The other one was very satisfying, but the Izu tour was really disappointing. If you want a day full of disappointments, go ahead and join this izu tour.

Sad, disappointed and angry 😡 Due to traffic jam, we arrived at the first attraction: Kurimiya Shrine 1 hour late. The driver has been advised to shorten the time to the shrine or skip it directly, because the focus is on the zoo (1 hour at the zoo is not enough because you need to take photos and interact with the animals) and Mount Omuro (you should reserve time to queue). It is recommended to go by the attractions We had to adjust the time according to the size of the tour, but the driver said it doesn’t matter, it doesn’t matter, we will visit all the scenic spots, don’t worry about the time, we will postpone the entire trip. I said it was scheduled to leave at 6:30. Are you willing to work overtime and leave at 7 or 8? He said no problem. Okay, when we arrived at the zoo, we agreed to meet at the entrance of the zoo at 3:10 and prepare to go to Omuro Mountain. I arrived on time at 3:10, and the driver actually told me that the trip to Mount Omuro was cancelled, so you should stay at the zoo for about half an hour (it didn't say what time I would arrive?). He said that because of the cable car, there are now a lot of people queuing up. There are many people queuing up to go up, and there are also many people queuing up to go down the mountain. He doesn’t know how long the line will last until he gets off the mountain first, and the car will not wait after the time limit. He said that some group members went up the mountain by themselves, and the driver said that he had reached an agreement with them. They knew that the car would not wait for them after the time had passed and they would leave on their own. But the driver didn't say exactly when the time limit was exceeded. By the time I stayed at the zoo for an extra half hour and left, the driver had been waiting for people going up the mountain for about five to 10 minutes. It turned out that half of the group had already gone up the mountain and then down the mountain. They took the cable car and stayed at Dashu Mountain for an hour before leaving. At about four o'clock, we set off to the coast with us again. We were given another hour to stay at the coast. In fact, it didn't take that long at all. The place was very small, so half an hour at most was enough. Why are drivers so poor at time management? We met at the agreed time but didn't meet up. I was very disappointed that the planned Omuroyama itinerary disappeared. I was originally looking forward to going to Omuroyama and checking in your name. It took me five hours to go back and forth, and I only saw one key project: the shrine and the strait. Each was shortened by half. hour, that’s 1 hour, enough for me to visit Mount Omuro! The same tour fee, why am I missing one key check-in item? The driver also had problems with his communication skills and said that he would not wait for the group members who would go up the mountain. In the end, he waited and said that there was not enough time and could not go up the mountain. But some group members were able to go up the mountain by themselves. He said that the group members left the zoo early at 2 o'clock to go up the mountain, but I asked about the return. Fellow group members, they only went up at three o'clock, so why? When I arrived at the meeting at three o'clock, he told me that there was not enough time. Very disappointed 😡 Can I get a refund? It was not worth paying almost $700 for the zoo tickets. I also bought the tickets myself and the arrangements were poor. Even though Mount Omuro is right near the zoo, I couldn’t get there!

The driver and tour guide are very helpful. They will help communicate if you need to buy tickets at the scenic spot, and will tell you about the next scenic spot on the way.
