Mount Batur Sunrise 4WD Jeep Tour With Korean-speaking Guide

They picked us up at the airport by 2 PM and spoke Korean incredibly well! The drive was so comfortable that I slept soundly the whole way. We arrived earlier than other groups and traveled comfortably right up until we switched to the jeep. The off-road experience was beyond imagination, but still worth trying! They secured us a prime spot and even provided breakfast until morning, haha. The cup ramen was delicious... I was so worried because it kept raining, but the rainy atmosphere was actually quite nice. We couldn't see the stars or the sunrise due to the clouds, but the scenery was still incredible. With the golden-touch photographer, Ahn Tto, and the pose-master guide, Oka, we quickly got some amazing life-long photos. They took unlimited photos until we were satisfied, haha. The video was a bonus, lol! Highly recommend!!

I booked through Klook to see the Batur sunrise with my 9-year-old daughter. The evening before, I received a reservation confirmation via KakaoTalk directly from Auntie Artini, who was our Korean guide. Since I had a 9-year-old daughter, I thought a female guide would be more comfortable, and as expected, she was incredibly kind and took care of my daughter, always checking what we needed until the end of the trip! It was truly touching. Of course, I also want to thank Artini's husband, who drove us perfectly, from the jeep driver to the hotel pickup. Thank you for taking such wonderful photos as well! ^^

We took a jeep tour for four people, including sunrise, Mount Batur volcano, and a visit to Asakacafe. The tour started with a 3 AM pickup and lasted until 11 AM. We were worried because it was raining and very foggy in the early morning, but thankfully, as sunrise approached, the clouds miraculously cleared, and we could see the stars. Our jeep driver was very enthusiastic about taking our photos, which helped us create wonderful memories. The views of Mount Batur and the lake from Asakacafe are truly a work of art. I highly recommend visiting!

I checked Klook for reviews of different places one by one and chose this one because the photos looked the prettiest⭐️Made Dwi⭐️'s photography skills are seriously amazing, highly recommend,, I'm the type of person who can't even last 10 seconds when someone else takes my picture because it's awkward, but just hand over your phone and you'll get a gazillion amazing photos lol ❤️Natural photos + pose recommendations are the best (when he tells you to stand up, stand up, there's a reason) He takes so many videos and photos, and even takes shadow photos without me even asking 👍👍 Even after seeing the sunrise and all the other teams have left, he stays behind and takes more pictures, so later on, you'll naturally get better at posing lolllll!! When transferring to the jeep and going up the mountain, he drives carefully so it's not hard and you don't get motion sickness ㅎㅎㅎ The pick-up/drop-off guide also speaks Korean well and took good care of me from beginning to end!!! It was my boyfriend's first time traveling to Bali, and he even told me to give a big tip lololol

This was our first time in Bali for our honeymoon, and after a lot of research, we booked this tour because it seemed like it would create wonderful memories! The weather was great, and the driver and photographers were all incredibly kind. I feel like I got at least 100 amazing, once-in-a-lifetime photos :-) We started early in the morning, so we were tired, but they gave us ramen and hot chocolate, which filled us up. We're now heading back, cherishing the beautiful scenery and wonderful memories! I recommend this x100000 – you absolutely have to try it! 🙌

Our jeep driver, Alan, drove us safely. We visited the sunrise spot and the area where lava once flowed. There was nowhere the jeep couldn't go. At the sunrise spot, he took better photos than any Korean, suggesting various poses and ideas both before and after the sunrise. I actually learned a lot from him. Since we arrived before sunrise, the night sky was filled with countless stars, and before the sun came up, the fog above the horizon was as thick as a sea. We even enjoyed warm ramen on the jeep's engine. A blanket, thick clothes, and sneakers are essential. Everyone was delighted when the sun rose. We took many beautiful photos with the sun as the centerpiece. The Batur region is a cool place where you don't need air conditioning even in mid-summer. You can enjoy Bali's diverse environments here. Choosing a female guide made my daughter feel comfortable and enjoy her time.

💛Guide: Tour with Astika Bali Guide. We promised to meet in front of the hotel lobby at 2:00 PM, but I was 10 minutes late. I was so sorry, but Astika arrived early and waited for me. I was grateful that he told me it was okay first. I had a lot of luggage because I was going from Seminyak to Ubud after the jeep tour, but I was happy to start the tour with his kindness in loading my luggage into the car and escorting me to the door! He drove safely and comfortably, so I didn't get carsick at all (my mom always gets carsick when she travels by car in Bali, but surprisingly, she didn't get carsick while Astika was driving haha). He is a smart person who can speak English, Korean, and Chinese. When I told him that I was only wearing a windbreaker and it would be too cold to go up Mount Batur, he guided me to a place where I could rent a blanket. (I was going to rent 3 blankets, but he suggested that I only rent 2, which saved me money on my trip. ☺️ It's really cold when you go up the mountain, so be sure to bring a blanket!) Only 3 tourists can ride in the jeep tour, so the professional photographer and my family switched cars at the midway point, but the jeep driver (who only speaks English) explained everything well, so we had no problems with the jeep tour. And my driver was so kind to guide me to a spot with a good view at AKASA Cafe!!! I hope other travelers meet him and have a pleasant tour. He only spoke English, but he spoke a little Korean and played Korean songs, which was fun! He also told me poses and timings for taking good pictures, and Hengky took a lot of pictures from various angles before I even asked him to. Thanks to you, I got a great shot of my life haha. Guide: It was a fulfilling and enjoyable day with guide Wyan Nik. I was worried about whether I could do the tour with my elementary school children, but it was a trip we could definitely do together. They reconfirmed the meeting place and time via WhatsApp the day before, and they kept the appointment time well. I was able to communicate comfortably because they spoke Korean fluently. When 4 people went together, we paired up and traveled in 2 jeeps. For snacks, they provided hot chocolate, chocolate cookies, banana jam sandwiches, and fruit that the kids loved, so we enjoyed eating them. They also took a lot of pictures, so we made a lot of happy memories.

Overall, it was fantastic! First of all, for the jeep tour, the guide picked us up directly from the airport (they contacted me via KakaoTalk on the morning of the tour, so communication was easy! It was great that they spoke Korean well). Once the tour started, we traveled in a jeep truck with both the photographer and the guide. The photographer was incredibly skilled, and the guide was also amazing ("Astika" was our guide, and he was so kind and attentive). During the journey, he explained the region in Korean very well, and when we asked questions, he answered them clearly and understandably, based on his expert knowledge! Also, the traffic in Bali is very bad, but the guide was an excellent driver, so I was able to catch up on sleep during the journey and arrive faster than other groups, allowing me to take more pictures!

This was my first time trying a one-day package tour, and I was extremely satisfied! Our guide was Oka, and our driver was Gusday. They took incredible care to capture great photos for us and, above all, they were incredibly kind. The driving was very stable, which made for a comfortable ride, and they spoke Korean well, so communication was easy. I'm definitely going to recommend this to my friends! If you want to get some amazing photos, you absolutely have to try this tour. The coffee and ramen were also really delicious! The scenery is still stunning to look at.
