i want a refund. only managed to board the hop on hop off bus once at alexanderplatz stop because someone scan the barcode. at the first they were unsure if i have the right voucher for the bus, they tried and i get to get on the bus. i went out at the east berlin gallery and waited to board the next bus at the same stop after my finished my walk through at the wall, to my suprise , 2 buses rejected me and asked me to get out from the bus!!!! what a humiliating experience!!!! i had to purchase another ticket for the website instead!!!!! same on you KLOOK!!
