very easy to use. bring it around with you in the print at home and you can start using it at museums for entry and other attractions for discounts. make sure you have an ID with you as you may be asked at places randomly to make sure the name on the ticket is you. but all very easy and each attraction is very friendly about guests with this pass! the subway is also very easy to use and it’s already pre validated for the time of your booking so just make sure you have it with you at all times to show if ever needed. recommend it highly with the museum pass and travel card.

The time you enter when purchasing is the time the pass automatically becomes active. It is convenient to use, including buses, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and trains. You can get on the vehicle when it arrives, without having to buy a ticket every time or worrying about forgetting to validate the ticket. You don't have to rush when changing trains; you can grab breakfast before continuing your journey. Show the pass at the museum entrance to enter directly. When I used the pass to visit Sanssouci Palace (only), there was no discount (ticket EUR 14). When I used the pass to visit Charlottenburg Palace (New Palace & Gardens), there was a 25% discount, making the ticket EUR 14.25.

Easy to use, no need to print out. Can just save inside the phone. Gives you the peace of mind of not having to validate ticket all the time and worried of getting fine. Trams are easy to use and hop on. We did not use the tickets for any discount.

The Berlin WelcomeCard is very convenient to use, and it even allows you to visit Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam. It also offers discounts for entry to various churches and museums, making it highly recommended for tourists to purchase. The pass is valid for zones ABC.

The WelcomeCard with Museum Island Pass is great value as it lets one use Berlin's public transport system, without the hassle of having to figure out which fare to buy and then validate your tickets before each trip, which means one can focus on taking in the sights and experiences of the city. We simply collected our WelcomeCard at the Tourist Info counter at the airport and use it immediately on the TXL express bus that brings you into the city.(the counter is conveniently located right where you exit to take the bus) The optional Museum Island Pass also grants daily entry to the fantastic museums for 3 consecutive days (not 72h!) and trust me there is a whole lot to take in. History and anthropology buffs should definitely consider getting this Pass as the cost of single adult tickets to all these separate museums would be significantly more.

After buy the ticket at Klook and need print out by yourself then you can use at the train no need line up to redeem

Do select the participation date correctly as it will be shown on the ticket and prove its validity. Visited the Neues Museum and Pergamon Museum. Recommend to get both tickets early as time-slot booking is required during covid times.

The electronic voucher you received can be used directly. I only had my ticket checked on the outbound train, but not at any other time. You can also visit the museum by simply showing your electronic voucher.
