El Nido Buggy Experience by Madfrog

First, the tour content was changed (this was explained upon arrival). The 3-hour tour consisted of a 2-hour buggy ride and 1 hour of beach time (including lunch). We shared one buggy between the two of us, taking turns driving, and the time was just right, making it a very satisfying plan. Since it's located 30-45 minutes by car from downtown El Nido, I recommend a 3-hour tour with transportation included. You will get muddy, but there are no changing rooms or showers available. I didn't receive any replies in the app's chat, so I sent a direct message to the Instagram account to confirm the pickup time for the day. Despite some issues, it was a fantastic tour that allowed us to fully enjoy El Nido.

This activity was absolutely worth it! We had fun during our 30-minute buggy experience. I would definitely recommend this activity when you’re in El Nido.

BAD SERVICE, GREAT ACTIVITY. their FB & contact# were very responsive & accomodating which I liked. They answered all my queries. The day we have this activity scheduled, it was raining due to typhoon so I called them early morning before our schedule if we can still go with our booking despite of the weather. they confirmed yes and we can even go there earlier. when we got there, the person said to cancel the booking as they don’t have any buggy available. all are broken and cannot be used and they will close the shop in few minutes. he said they will contact Klook to refund us. it was really frustrating because we rode motorbikes for 30min+ in the rain. all their platforms will assist you but the actual location site will not accommodate you well. after lots of calls to the guy who confirmed our booking and LOTS OF WAITING, we had the activity. it was really good. so it’s a shame that the service and comms internally were very bad. just a warning when you book this. Also, no gopro.

We have booked the 3hr tour and got 2 buggies to play with. The tour guide was entertaining and very accommodating. The river crossing was so much fun and the view during the off road experience was spectacular. We had lunch at Duli Beach, unfortunately no surf that time. Food was fresh, very happy with our grilled squid and tuna. I would have given this experience 5 stars except for the safety issues of the buggies. The first buggy’s brake failed during one of the descents, that my brother needed to overtake and hoped for an ascent to slow the buggy down. Thankful no incoming traffic at the time. The second buggy’s brake wasn’t the best either…

Needs better communication pre arrival. Booked buggy tour through Klook. It didn’t let me amend pick up location which was complimentary. Madfrog’s contact number didn’t reply at all so we didn’t know what to do. We get there and they said we couldn’t fit and that Klook had sent us a cancellation - there was nothing in my inbox. The staff were lovely though. Not their fault. They offered a 1 hr instead. The experience was fun but a bit sketchy. Be prepared for a lot mud and water too.

I am so sad that this was cancelled, worse, they did not inform us before our scheduled activity. Thankfully, Klook processed my refund. I am so sad I never got to experience it during my stay in El Nido
