- Historium Bruges is near public transportation
- This activity is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia. If you still want to visit, it is recommended that you speak to the person in charge at the Historium Ticket Office first
- There is one wheelchair available for use at the Historium Ticket Office, free of charge
- Information about museums, bus and train times, walking tours etc. can be found at the Tourist Information Point, open daily from 10:00 to 17:00 except 25 December and 1 January
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
