Bohol Half-Day Private Cultural Village & Museum Tour

Cultural Village experience is a bit disappointing. Enthusiasms in demos needs improvements for it to be more engaging. Also actual demonstration —- not just description of the process —- may be more effective. Tibuok manufacturing is the worst part of this itinerary as its only a visit to a single stand where a single product is being sold. National Museum on the other hand is very interesting with a number of art works and bohol history may be viewed. Guide/driver is unaware of itinerary as he claims the travel agency did not provide him with one.

We arrived at the first stop to find the museum was closed. I understand that the closure was unfortunate timing but the driver did not suggest an alternative, just told us that it was closed. the next scheduled stop was the asin tibouk experience. the driver pulled up to a stand in the roadside and indicated that was it. No explanation as to the way the salt is made or any commentary at all. I chose not to purchase anything as I was disappointed that we were given no insight into the product. The next stop was the Cultural Village which was the only enjoyable part of the tour. All round a disappointing tour.

I couldn't proceed with the tour because my child was sick, so I requested cancellation. Even after time has passed, the company has not provided a refund!!! I would like to request a refund. Also, there was no contact that day.
