What to expect
PESTO EXPERIENCE: Discover its history and anecdotes. Using a mortar, you will create your own Genoese PESTO, which you will taste and take away in a special container provided to you.

FOCACCIA & BREAD EXPERIENCE - You will make REAL Genoese Focaccia and our award-winning Pane Marinaro.
FISH EXPERIENCE - The Chef will guide you in creating two fish recipes based on the daily catch.
WINE EXPERIENCE - A Sommelier will guide you in a tasting of five wines from Vinaccieri Ballerini and products from our gastronomy.
