Event Arrangements During Inclement Weather
- When a tropical cyclone warning signal / rainstorm warning / extreme condition is issued, you are required to pay attention to radio and TV broadcasts on the progress / for further information about the weather.
- Event arrangements during inclement weather are as follows - (a) If No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal / black rainstorm warning / extreme condition is lowered / cancelled between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, the event scheduled at or after 1:00 p.m. will be held as arranged. (b) If No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal / back rainstorm warning / extreme condition is lowered / cancelled after 12:00 noon, the event will be cancelled.
- If the event has been cancelled due to a tropical cyclone signal, rainstorm warning, or extreme conditions, the organiser will announce the below special arrangements, including but not limited to the following: (1) Booth removal (2) Storage arrangement
- The public will no longer be allowed to enter. Exhibitors and visitors will be requested to leave the venue immediately.
