We had booked treatments in advance, but when we arrived, my mum was unable to climb the stairs to the treatment room. Instead of cancelling our appointment, the staff were so patient in dealing with the situation and provided us with alternative options and kindly rearranged a treatment for her on the ground floor, ensuring she could still enjoy the experience. It was such a thoughtful and reassuring gesture that made all the difference to our visit. The treatment itself was wonderful, relaxing, professional, and thoroughly enjoyable.
