Fun and mysterious Blue Grotto trip! Been wanting to go to Blue Grotto ever since I’ve been planning our Italy trip. Experience it yourself to feel the magic!
The Blue Cave is really beautiful. I was very lucky this time and was able to get a guided tour, which was also very nice. I was very lucky to go with him this time. The boater can also sing.
From Rome to Naples and then by boat to Capri Island, I was lucky enough to be able to enter the Blue Grotto. In the dark cave, I faced the amazing blue sea in the light and admired the beauty of God's creation. A worthwhile souvenir is lemon candies.
me and my husband enjoyed one day trip of Capri, so beautiful italy island. my tour guide a lady of that day was so wonderful and take care of us so well. but my husband was so sad couldn’t go to blue grotto because of long queue in summer peak season. (this is good , because we might come back Italy again for our blue grotto trip ) 🤩
1. tour guide did not follow the iternary given. Blue grotto and island tour was last in the iternary and instead of bad weather they started that 1st and in 5 mins they cancelled the ferry and came back. tour guide was insisting on food while we wanted to explore island and visit various places in water. tour guide never tried to take us back to water after weather was good and other operators were taking the tour. we spend extra money and went with other tour operators to see islands and other things in water including grottos.it was complete waste of our money for this tour. we would like to get refund of our money as this was complete misguided tour.attached the pictures which we saw with other tour operators by paying extra money which should have been covered by this this
On the day of our visit, the weather was beautiful, and we were able to see the Blue Grotto, which I had long wanted to experience. However, the price of 90€ per person just for the cave tour was unexpectedly high. Since we had come all this way, I decided to go ahead with the tour. When we left the harbor, we took a motorized tour boat to the cave entrance. Once there, we transferred to a small, hand-rowed boat with a capacity of three people. Because the cave entrance ceiling is very low, we had to lie down to enter. The tour itself lasted only about five minutes, and then we were at the exit. I ended up only seeing the ceiling, and inside the cave, it was completely dark except for the light from outside. Fortunately, I was able to pay by card, which was a relief because I had brought some cash, but it wasn't enough. The guide for the trip to Capri clearly put a lot of effort into making sure we were comfortable. However, the instructions for the morning meeting point were unclear, and I got lost, so I think that needs improvement.
Gabrielle and Ileana were just superb hosts and guides
It was great, but unfortunately the sea conditions weren't good, so we couldn't enter the Blue Grotto 🥹
Going to the Blue Grotto is really a gamble. If you are like me and just want to enter the Blue Grotto, other attractions are fine and you don’t need to join a group. . But this can ensure a smooth trip back and forth.
1. The tour leader unilaterally told us that we need to wait for 3 hours to enter the Blue Cave, and we were not allowed to go there in time. However, according to the boat ticket, we went to Capri Island at 11:10 and left Capri Island at 16:30, which was more than enough time. We learned that the three of us were on an all-inclusive trip (including visiting the Blue Cave), and the rest of the group members even asked on-site whether they would participate in the boat ticket (an additional 25 euros were required), so there were not enough participants, so they were unwilling to wait for three hours for a few people to go out of the boat to the Blue Cave, so they used the long waiting time to make excuses, so that we paid a high fee but had to cooperate with the other members who did not want to participate, and could only visit the island freely. 2. The itinerary content is hotel pick-up and drop-off, but when we returned to Rome from Naples, we were dropped off in front of Piazza del Popolo, and there was no shuttle waiting for us on site. The tour leader said he would ask your platform, and finally we spent 18 euros to take Uber back to the hotel. 3. Because we didn’t get to visit the Blue Cave 6 years ago, our family spent NT$30,000 to buy this itinerary to fulfill our dream. However, the Blue Cave was open, but the manufacturer that Klook cooperated with was passive and inactive, which affected our rights. We are very disappointed with Klook.
