An amazing experience, especially for young children. The guide lady speaks excellent English, is friendly, and has a great sense of humor. My family really enjoyed the trip. We saw puffins from the boat, and they are super cute. My 9- and 7-year-old kids loved this boat trip. Highly recommend!
The driver was on time for pickup, and the guide explained the puffin ecosystem in great detail. The Special Tour was truly professional, and we got to see the rich puffin nests and their daily lives up close.
Puffin Express didn't show up at pickup point at all so I never made the tour. When I booked the tour I had included a local phone number but they never contacted me on the pickup status. Totally unreliable, won't be booking with Klook again.
