tour guide didn’t came on time and was at different side if pickup spot so there was delay for me to join the tour which was sorted but again as my tour had inclusions of refreshments and snacks but nothing was provided. raised the complaint and waiting for refund from klook as service tour operator completely denied any such snacks inclusion. highly disappointing service
Even on the shorter, approximately 1-hour whale watching express tour, there were numerous whale sightings. The guides also continuously pointed out the whales' locations to the passengers. The bird watching tour was also a great experience, as we learned a lot about seabirds from the captain and guides!
Puffins can only be observed from a distance, but it's still quite interesting. Whale watching is very much a matter of luck; you might only catch a glimpse of a whale's back as it surfaces to breathe. Iceland's summer is still quite cold, and spending a long time on the outdoor deck in the chilly wind really tests your endurance!
