Reviews
It took about 3 hours to reach there. David is our tour guide. He and driver is professional. We visited cheese and clog shoe factory which is on the way. We have good time in Amsterdam. The weather is sunny and quite hot in May 2026.
I truly enjoyed the day trip to Amsterdam from Brussels. It was the perfect option for someone like me who only had one day to spare. Everything was well-organized and smooth from start to finish, making the most of the short time available. The tour guide was excellent – very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the journey. Their commentary made the experience even more interesting and enjoyable. I appreciated how they managed the group while still giving us enough free time to explore key spots in the city. Overall, a hassle-free and memorable day trip. Highly recommended if you’re based in Brussels and want a quick yet fulfilling visit to Amsterdam!
Would recommend this tour if you want to tick off Netherlands. It gives you a great taster experience of the country. the coach was comfortable and spacious and the guide was informative about the history of Amsterdam. The cheese and clog farm was an interesting experience. I did however feel that this experience cut down our time in Amsterdam (no blame on the tour company as cheese/clogs and the windmill stops are iconic experiences in visiting Netherlands) so try not to fit too much into your time in the capital as you may have less than you expect.
First, they took us to a farm. The owner was a humorous and witty uncle who introduced us to their homemade cheese and Dutch clogs, which we could then buy directly. Afterward, we had 4 hours of free time in the city center. The tour guide didn't take us around at all, only gave us a piece of paper and a Google Drive link for reference.
very nice landscape along the journey. the tour guide just give us a map to walk in Amsterdam city centre for 3 hours.
Nice tour. Could have been better though if the audio in the bus was louder or if we were given our own headphones. We were seated at the back of the bus, that's why we couldn't really understand what our guide was saying.
I’m giving this tour 3 stars mainly because the guide was a great guy. However, THIS IS NOT A GUIDED TOUR OF AMSTERDAM. First we stopped at the cheese farm and windmill for 1 hour (which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the intinerary) and when we finally arrived to Amsterdam the guide gave us paper maps and 3 hours of free time (which is too short to explore the city anyway) - in other words, there was NO GUIDED TOUR. Had I known that, I would have booked the train from Brussels instead for the same amount of money (~60 € round trip for 2:20 hour ride) and explored the city at my own pace.
The tour guide didnt gave a clear message on where to meet-up after the tour and we messaged and called him but he didnt even bothered to answer or reply. He also reprimanded me and my sister that we are talking loud but he and the driver were always talking during the trip and we cant take a good nap. The tour guide also put his things on the four front seats so that no one can sit in front.
