Fantastic 5.0

I specifically came to Shanghai Disneyland for the "Zootopia" land, and the immersion is truly exceptional! As a Zootopia fan, you absolutely cannot miss it. From the miniature rodent tunnels designed for small animals, to the classic giant billboards, and various movie details, everything in the land is perfectly recreated. Walking through it feels like you've truly stepped into the animal city, and every photo you take is Instagram-worthy. The highlight is definitely the "Zootopia: Hot Pursuit" attraction, which is incredibly fun! The interactive storyline while waiting in line builds so much anticipation. You get to ride in a police patrol car with Judy and Nick, chasing down villains across the city. The overall sense of speed and special effects are fully maximized, making for a truly thrilling experience. This attraction is definitely worth riding more than once; each time offers different surprises. Highly recommend!

Fantastic 5.0

My overall experience at Shanghai Disneyland this time was really great. The park was bigger than I expected, and the atmosphere was incredibly immersive; as soon as you enter, you truly feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale world. The park's cleanliness was very well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly. Even with large crowds, the experience was still quite comfortable. 😍 I found the attractions to be very unique, especially TRON Lightcycle Power Run, which is an absolute must-do. The sense of speed and immersion are both incredibly strong, making you want to queue up again right after! Pirates of the Caribbean was also surprisingly amazing, completely different from the Disney pirate rides I remembered. The special effects and scenery were outstanding, giving you the feeling of watching a movie. 🎬 The evening fireworks show is also well worth seeing; combined with the castle projection, it's truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. ~ However, the wait times for popular attractions can be quite long. I recommend arriving early or considering purchasing a FastPass if needed, which will make your visit much more relaxed. 😆 Food prices within the park are on the higher side, but there's a good variety of options, and the Disney-exclusive themed food is adorable and perfect for photos. 🤳 Overall, I think Shanghai Disneyland is definitely worth a visit. It's suitable for friends, family, or couples, and everything from the rides to the park's atmosphere is incredibly well-executed. It's a park that makes you want to return again and again. 🎢

Fantastic 5.0

I booked tickets for Monday, March 30, 2026. The rides didn't have long lines, only about 60 minutes. You need to download the Disney Resort app, then create an account using your phone number and log in. After purchasing tickets on Klook, enter the ID NUMBER into the app. On the day of your visit, simply present your passport. To redeem your food and drink vouchers, scan the QR CODE on the back of your physical ticket under Me - My coupons - Go to coupon center - Scan to get coupon. You must do this for them to allow you to exchange for food and drinks.

Fantastic 5.0

The ticket is easy to use. Simply register upon purchase, using the name and details from your passport. Upon arrival at the gate, just present your passport for a photo and facial scan. You'll then receive your physical ticket and can enter immediately. If you've added a meal, scan the QR code on the back of the ticket, download the Shanghai Disneyland app, and follow the instructions to get coupons to use at recommended restaurants. Shanghai Disneyland is truly magnificent, befitting mainland China. Ease of booking through Klook: Amenities: Getting there is easy; you can take the metro directly to the entrance. You can also use DiDi, which is convenient to call. If you're with a group, splitting the cost makes it even more worthwhile. You should stay until the evening to watch the beautiful fireworks. Wait times: If you go early in the morning, the gate opening times vary daily, so you'll need to check the wait times for rides. However, if you go on a weekday, the wait isn't long.

Fantastic 5.0

You don't need to rush at opening to ride everything and take plenty of photos! In fact, rushing at opening might have left us too tired. We woke up leisurely, had brunch, explored a bit, and then arrived at Disney at 1 PM. We immediately went to Zootopia to take photos and look around, and rode everything that had a short line. The Pirates of the Caribbean ride is truly impressive in scale, and Tron is even prettier at night, so I recommend riding it then! If you go at night, you might have to wait 75 minutes, but the Express Pass is amazing... we rode it in about 15 minutes. We took tons of photos, rode about 7 attractions, and enjoyed the fireworks before heading home! Oh, and I recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand, haha.

Fantastic 5.0

Shanghai Disneyland is truly the largest Disneyland I’ve visited. The park is incredibly spacious, so the best way to explore is by using the map app to navigate efficiently. There were also a lot of people, so make sure to bring patience for the long lines. My favorite ride was Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, followed by Soaring Over the Horizon. The ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration was absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to end the day. Overall, it made me feel like a child again.

Fantastic 5.0

Loved Shanghai Disneyland! Visited during Easter time so there were lots of cute Disney-themed easter egg structures everywhere. Rides times were manageable, max wait time was around 40min. Went for 2.5days and we managed to do all rides and shows, including Mickey's Storybook Express 4x and Frozen sing-a-long 2x! The zodiac wall is super cute, don't miss it.

Fantastic 5.0

Despite the forecasted thunderstorms, the weather held up for us until the fireworks (we had a modified show and were drenched by the end of it). There were fewer people than expected, so wait times were no longer than 30 minutes (except for Zootopia, but the wait was totally worth it!). Visuals were stunning, and the shows and parade were so energetic and fun! Many rides were suitable for all ages, with our favourites being Tron, Zootopia, Rex Racer and Pirates of the Carribean. (Did you know that for the 10 year anniversary, the tickets form a puzzle when assembled correctly?)
