I signed up for a 2-hour guided tour of Pompeii on October 5 at 10:30. When I arrived at the station at 8:00, I was told by the ticket seller that all trains to Pompeii were out of service due to the strike. I immediately sent a message to Klook customer service to ask if the service could be taken due to the strike. The trip was canceled due to factors and the refund was granted, but Klook only replied that refund and cancellation were not possible. In order to catch up with the trip, I finally took a taxi and asked customer service if they could provide a tour guide or contact information for a travel agency, or if the travel agency would hold any signs for easy identification. Klook only replied that the person in charge would be waiting at the meeting point on time. When I arrived at the meeting place, there were multiple guided tours at the same time, and I couldn't identify them at all. In the end, I didn't participate in the trip. Passengers ordering itineraries on travel platforms are seeking convenience and having a contact window to contact them when they encounter problems. The customer service staff showed no intention of solving the problem during the process and only informed them that refunds were not possible. It was a very bad experience! To join the tour on time, I took a taxi and asked customer service if they could provide the contact information for a tour guide or agency, or if the agency would have any identifying signs. Klook stated that the guide would be waiting at the meeting point on time. ( no signs and contact information) When I arrived, there were multiple tour groups. It is so difficult and impossible to identify the right tour group. Ultimately, I could not find the tour. As a traveler using a booking platform, I expect I can get some service support when issues arise. Unfortunately, Klook's customer service showed no willingness to help, only stating that refunds were not possible. This experience was very disappointing. I share this feedback for the consideration of future buyers.

We waited for 20 minutes before we set off. The tour guide had a heavy accent and dispersed after visiting a few small spots. We were not given tickets and could not listen to the official App audio guide. It is not recommended to waste time.
