  • About the Huanglong Scenic Area Tour:
  1. The Huanglong Scenic Area is 2900-3500m above sea level. Please walk slowly during the tour, do not run or jump. If you feel uncomfortable, you can breathe oxygen to relieve it.
  2. If you are not in good physical condition and plan to take the cable car down the mountain at your own expense when visiting the Huanglong Scenic Area, please arrive at the cable car ticket office before 17:30. The cable car down the scenic area will stop operating at 17:30.
  3. The Huanglong sightseeing bus (20 yuan/person) is currently in the trial operation stage. The number of tickets is small. The operating hours are (8:00-17:00). The maximum capacity is 5,000 people. If you need it, you can buy it at your own expense on the official account "Aba Tourism Network" 14 days in advance. It is easy to sell out on the spot during the peak season.
  4. Patients with infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, patients recovering from large and medium-sized operations, people with limited mobility, pregnant women, etc., as well as other people who are not suitable for travel, please do not sign up. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please verify the physical condition of the person registering on your behalf. If the applicant or the person registering on behalf of others conceals their physical condition, the consequences will be borne by themselves;
  5. Most of the scenic spots along Jiuzhaigou are below 3,000 meters above sea level, and only the Huanglong Scenic Area is slightly higher. The incidence of altitude sickness is related to the speed of climbing, altitude, residence time, and physical condition. Generally speaking, people who have lived in low-altitude areas for a long time will have varying degrees of altitude sickness when they quickly enter a plateau above 3,000 meters. In the face of altitude sickness, the main thing is to keep your mood relaxed. Generally speaking, you will adapt to the plateau after 1-3 days, and the symptoms of altitude sickness will be relieved. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, blood disease, vascular disease, asthma, and other diseases that are not adapted to the plateau should be cautious when entering the plateau. People in good physical condition should also ensure that they do not catch a cold or get angry before entering the plateau, otherwise the altitude sickness will be aggravated. Symptoms (if one or more of the following symptoms are present, this disease should be considered) include headache, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, palpitation and shortness of breath, chest tightness and pain, insomnia, drowsiness, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, numbness of hands and feet, cyanosis of lips and fingers, swelling of eyelids or face, etc.;
  6. If you are entering the plateau for the first time, or have not entered the high altitude area within two years, it is recommended to take Rhodiola rosea, Gaoyuan An and other drugs to resist altitude sickness as prescribed by the doctor more than 15 days before entering the high altitude, until you have completely entered the plateau;
  7. In terms of time, mild patients will adapt in about 1-2 days after entering the plateau; moderate patients will adapt in 2-3 days; severe patients are advised to seek medical attention immediately and evacuate the high altitude area. Common drugs for altitude sickness can be prepared in advance. Some hash pain (headache powder), oxygen tablets, American ginseng, bagged oxygen or bottled oxygen, please buy and take medicines, please follow the doctor's advice!
  8. You must be punctual, get up on time, gather and set off at the time required by the driver. For team members who fail to gather at the specified time, if they exceed 10 minutes, they will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the subsequent trip, and the unpaid expenses can be refunded according to the "Refund Standard". The team members will take care of the safety and expenses after leaving the group. Any problems have nothing to do with the "Beautiful Jiuzhaigou" operator;
  9. For team members who are full of negative energy, like to complain, blame, and care about every little thing, please sign up carefully. If there is a situation that affects the atmosphere of the entire team, the driver has the right to persuade them to leave the group according to the actual situation. If you do not listen to the warning, the driver has the right to force you to leave the group.
  10. "Beautiful Jiuzhaigou" provides cost-effective accommodation for team members. Despite this, team members should be fully prepared. "Beautiful Jiuzhaigou" is sparsely populated along the way, with limited infrastructure. Most hotels along the way are not rated stars. Because it is located in the plateau area, water and electricity resources are scarce, and sometimes there will be water and power outages. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to take a shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Team members who love cleanliness can carry sleeping bag liners for emergencies;
  11. Located in the Tibetan area, the hotel facilities are incomplete, and disposable slippers, hair dryers, and disposable hotel supplies are limited;
  12. If there are individual hotels without elevators and luggage services, please take care of them yourself;
  13. For team members with special accommodation requirements, please inform the customer service when registering (requiring one person to stay throughout the trip, a double bed room, a triple room, etc.), determine the fee when registering, and temporarily modify the accommodation after joining the group, which may not meet their requirements;
  14. In principle, the accommodation location cannot be changed without special reasons. If the whole group agrees to change the accommodation location, the original accommodation will not be refunded, and the new accommodation fee will be borne by the team members, and the new driver accommodation will be AA by the team members.
  15. Except for some free meals, the rest are not included in the whole trip. You can AA or individual meals, as you like; the staff's meals are included in the group fee and do not need to be paid separately;
  16. The meals along the way in Damei Jiuzhai are mainly Sichuan cuisine, but due to road conditions, you cannot eat on time for a lot of time, please bring your own dry food.
  17. Breakdown: This trip is driving on the plateau throughout the journey, the journey is long, the road conditions are complicated, and the vehicle is likely to break down. If the vehicle breaks down, please wait patiently or work together to solve it. The normal solution process is: If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, in order not to affect the itinerary, "Damei Jiuzhai" will call local vehicles for temporary transfer. The transfer vehicles are mainly small vans with low comfort. The transfer fee will be paid by "Damei Jiuzhai" until the car is repaired, or another car of the same model or a similar model arrives. Please cooperate with the team members. For team members who refuse to use the transfer vehicle, it is deemed that the team member voluntarily gives up the trip. "Beautiful Jiuzhaigou" will refund the unpaid accommodation fees and tickets, and the contract will be terminated;
  18. Traffic jam: This trip is all on the plateau, mainly on mountain roads. It is normal to have mudslides, landslides, rolling stones, broken roads and bridges, or other traffic jams in the rainy season. Team members should wait patiently, prepare food and clothes, and make all emergency preparations;
  19. Seats: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the others are ordinary seats. Please choose your seat after getting on the bus. For long-distance trips on the plateau, please understand each other;
  20. Night road: In principle, we will resolutely not walk at night, but due to complex road conditions and weather conditions, we will occasionally walk at night. If a team member refuses to walk at night and wants to stay temporarily, the accommodation fee that has been booked on that day will not be refunded, and the new accommodation fee will be borne by the team member himself. If the trip needs to be extended, the relevant expenses of the extended trip shall also be borne by the team members;
  21. Cost: If you encounter traffic jams, traffic control, and other force majeure factors and cannot arrive at the scheduled accommodation, the scheduled accommodation fee will not be refunded. The temporary accommodation expenses of the team members shall be borne by the team members, and the driver's accommodation "Damei Jiuzhai" shall bear it.
  22. There is no shopping arrangement on this route, and the driver does not have any shopping recommendations;
  23. During the free activities, if the team members do not have a purchase demand, do not bargain with the locals, and do not stop to watch too much. If the team members voluntarily shop, please identify the quality of the product by yourself. If you reach a transaction intention after bargaining, please buy it. If you regret not buying after bargaining, it is easy to cause trouble, and the contradictions and conflicts caused by this will be at your own risk;
  24. There is no "purchasing service" on this route. Please do not ask the driver to purchase any products on your behalf during the team or after the group. If necessary, please select and purchase by yourself.
  25. The driver's duties are different from those of a tour guide. He cannot explain like a tour guide. His main job is still driving. He adheres to the principle of safety first and provides good guide services for the team members. If there are beautiful scenery along the way, the driver can stop to visit it if the road conditions are safe. When arriving at the destination, he will also give the team members a brief introduction on how to play. If the team members are not clear, they can also ask the driver. At the same time, coordinate and control the time of sightseeing in the scenic area. When the team members encounter critical moments, they will coordinate and contact to deal with various unexpected things for the team members.
  26. The driver is not a doctor and has no medical qualifications. If the team members feel unwell, it is recommended to seek medical treatment nearby and not rely on the driver for treatment.
  27. This route runs on the Tibetan plateau throughout the journey. On some high mountains and canyons, there is no signal for a long time. Please tell your family and friends in advance. Don't worry if you can't make a call temporarily. If there is a signal at the place where you stay at night, you can call to report safety;
  28. The mobile phone signal of China Telecom is the best, China Mobile is the second, and China Unicom is basically not good, and the network is the same;
  29. The WIFI of the accommodation place is intermittent, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. For friends who must work on the computer along the way, it may not meet the needs sometimes. Please arrange the relevant work in advance.
  30. This route has purchased travel accident insurance for team members, but it does not include disease insurance and property insurance. Please go to the hospital for a check-up before registering to ensure that you have no diseases that are not suitable for plateau activities before registering;
  31. During the activity, you should protect your valuables, especially when you are separated from others, and keep them properly. If they are lost, the team members will bear the loss themselves;
  32. If personal property is lost due to personal reasons, the team members need to leave it behind to deal with it by themselves. The team members need to sign the "Leaving the Group Agreement", and "Beautiful Jiuzhaigou" will refund the unpaid tickets and accommodation fees of 80 yuan/person/day for the team members. The accommodation, tickets, and full-trip fares, insurance premiums, etc. that have been incurred will not be refunded.
  33. Before registering, please go to a qualified hospital for a comprehensive physical examination to ensure that there are no diseases that affect the plateau itinerary before registering. The conditions in Tibet are backward and the medical conditions are very poor. If you get sick during the trip, it will be more troublesome to get medical treatment;
  34. Drivers, hotel owners and other staff do not have medical qualifications. Please do not rely on the staff for treatment. If you feel uncomfortable, please inform the staff and go to the nearest medical point for treatment;
  35. Special statement: "Damei Jiuzhai" does not have medical qualifications, so it only provides bottled oxygen on the car without any medicine. Please prepare enough medicine for yourself in advance.
  36. If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the itinerary is changed due to force majeure (such as landslides, mudslides, destroyed roads and bridges, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), "Damei Jiuzhai" will not bear the relevant compensation; the increased travel expenses caused by this will be borne by the team members themselves;
  37. For the reduced or no expenses, our company will refund the team members in a realistic manner.
  38. When taking photos in Tibet, please respect local regulations and folk customs. Do not take photos of checkpoints, bridges, military management areas, private residences, temples, religious ceremonies, and other places where there are taboos for taking photos. If you force taking photos, your camera may be confiscated or more serious consequences may occur. The team members are responsible for the adverse consequences and impacts caused by this;
  39. Most of the time, it is charged to take photos of Tibetan compatriots, Tibetan mastiffs, and yaks in or near Tibetan scenic spots. It is recommended not to take photos of these materials, or pay them promptly. When taking portraits in pastoral areas, temples, or other places, try to get the consent of others. If you are refused, please stop taking photos immediately;
  40. During the trip, whether you can produce photos and what kind of photos you can produce are determined by comprehensive factors such as weather, light, and season. It is completely a matter of luck, but the team cannot increase the stay time because a satisfactory photo was not taken at a certain scenic spot. If the team members have too high requirements for photography, it is recommended to report directly to the photography group.
  41. After entering the Tibetan area, except for gas stations and hotels, all toilets charge fees ranging from 1 to 3 yuan. If you encounter a toilet that charges fees, you should pay the fee proactively;
  42. In areas without toilets, you can solve personal problems in clean and sheltered places, but you must avoid rivers, sutras, mani piles, bodhi pagodas and other sacred places; in places without shelter, please bring your own umbrellas and other shelters to cover yourself.
  43. It is recommended not to take a shower within 3 days when you first arrive at the plateau. After 3 days, you should take a shower according to your physical condition to avoid catching a cold, causing or aggravating altitude sickness, which will affect the entire trip;
  44. The water and electricity supply in Tibet is insufficient, and the water temperature may be unstable. Please test the water temperature with your hand before taking a shower, and then prepare for a shower to avoid burns caused by overheated water or cold caused by overcooled water;
  45. The water and electricity supply in Tibet is insufficient, and the water supply may be cut off during the shower, so you should take a shower quickly. If you have long hair, it is recommended to wash your hair and take a shower separately to avoid the situation where the hot water has run out or the water supply has been cut off before you finish washing;
  46. Please make sure that you can adapt to the harsh conditions of the Tibetan plateau before signing up. The company does not accept any complaints about showering.
  47. Withdrawal due to personal reasons: No matter where you withdraw, the unpaid accommodation and tickets will be refunded, but the fares and insurance will not be refunded;
  48. Withdrawal due to force majeure: If the trip cannot be continued due to force majeure, all team members need to reach a consensus and there are three options: A. Change the route. If the mileage and road conditions are similar to the original route, the cost remains unchanged. If the mileage and road conditions are different from the original route, the cost will be refunded or supplemented; B. Return by the original route. The original route is calculated based on the actual cost incurred, and the cost will be refunded or supplemented. The cost incurred includes all fares, accommodation, meals, tickets, etc. from the return to the end of the tour; C. Complete the tour locally, and the actual cost incurred + the driver’s return fee will be refunded or supplemented;
  49. May Day and National Day Golden Week: If there are teams on May Day and National Day Golden Week dates during the tour, no matter when, where or how to withdraw from the tour, all costs will not be refunded.
