Chengdu Wolong Panda Base Full-Day Tour with Private Car

I just booked a driver for a day to take me to Wolong from Chengdu and I had a great time there. I really recommend this service if you want to take awesome panda photos without being rushed. Driver was professional, agency " Wonderful Travel" sent me detailed information.

Our family went to Wolong with transport arranged by Mr Tang. He was experienced with the area and the ride was comfortable. We had a great day thanks to Mr Tang, we highly recommend it!

The tour operator contacted us prior to date n the driver Mr Zhu was a careful driver throughout the journey. However, I be FOREWARNED that as of 13 May Fubao is currently under isolation n was NOT "working". Very disappointing. It would only be right that Klook n their operators not put Fubao's photo in the advertisement as it is misleading n it is false advertisement to mention Fubao in it. The other returning 3 pandas are at their enclosures which is true. Please Klook you can do better!

We had an amazing experience right from the booking, to our journeys both ways. Driver was polite and friendly. He drove very well and the entire journey was smooth and pleasant. His car was also clean with no uncomfortable smell. We would certainly not hesitate to book via klook and would happily engage the service of the same driver again. We opted for the tour with the volunteer programme, and they were attentive and speedy in responses, and even accepted our request to purchase tickets for the panda base as we didn't have a local number! They always checked up on us leading up to the day, and were always available to answer any questions we had. On the day of the tour, our driver was early and our guide was very experienced and detailed in her tour - it's as if she knew every single one of them panda (I for sure couldn't tell them apart!) Although a large part of the volunteer experience was not the same as it was before Covid (by no fault of theirs!), I still highly recommend the experience as we were still able to get up close to see the keepers feeding the pandas, and get indepth information on every single panda in the base.

A dedicated person will contact you soon after placing the order and provide detailed instructions on what to pay attention to before departure. On the day of departure, the driver was very punctual and courteous. After arriving, the environment was beautiful and the air was very good. The tour guide gave detailed explanations. You can also watch pandas up close and see many precious moments, such as mother pandas breastfeeding and baby bears playing. Overall, it was a very good experience. experience.

The trip communication was excellent. They proactively contacted the guest one day in advance and the communication was easy to understand. The driver also notified us in advance on the day of the trip and arrived on time. This trip with friends was smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend it to friends next time if I have the opportunity.

The driver, Mr. Li, was punctual and friendly. Unfortunately, Fubao was not feeling well and fell asleep on the rockery. I'll visit her next time I have a chance.
