Reviews
good one, must give it a go.
The booking was cancelled without any proper notification or update reflected on the Klook app. We arrived at the venue expecting to attend the tour, only to find out on-site that it had already been cancelled. At no point was the booking status updated in the app. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disrupted our travel plans. This level of communication is extremely irresponsible, especially for travellers relying on your platform for accurate and timely updates. No refund has been initiated despite several emails.
This has been one of the most distressing travel experiences I’ve had. We could not attend the trip because Klook failed to notify the local tour operator about our booking. When we tried to resolve it on the spot, the operator was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us stranded and extremely upset. To add to the frustration, we have not been refunded our money even though the mistake was clearly not ours. I am deeply disappointed and hope Klook takes responsibility for this failure.
Guide lacked depth and knowledgeable. we were attached to another group on the middle which made tour awkward. overall got bored and felt waste of money
They messaged me that there are no available Alhambra tickets for the date that I was able to successfully booked and that they will request refund from Klook. That was October 16. It's already Nov 2 and no refund yet. I followed up in whatsapp and they keep on asking details which were already in the message history. What a scam.
The company cancelled due to error in booking (no space) and no refund received (a month later still waiting).
