- The height requirement is 120cm (inclusive) or above. One adult can bring one child under 1.2m (exclusive).
- Each attraction can only be experienced once.
- Purchasing tickets that include the Zhulong Piao Yue Rafting experience will include the corresponding number of raincoats. Children under 1.2m must bring their own or purchase a raincoat to participate in the Zhulong Piao Yue Rafting experience.
- If your complimentary activity is unavailable due to inclement weather, force majeure, or equipment maintenance, the attraction does not support refunds or exchanges. To better plan your visit, please consult with the attraction's customer service before your visit.
- If you need to purchase multiple tickets for separate visits, please purchase them separately due to technical issues with electronic vouchers, in order to facilitate your experience.
- Passengers with heart conditions are not permitted on the Tongtian River cruise.
- Intoxicated individuals will be refused entry onto the Tongtian River cruise.
- Individuals with mental disorders and those unable to control their physical movements are not allowed on the Tongtian River cruise.
- Large pets are not allowed on board the cruise.
- Keep your hands inside the boat at all times during the cruise to avoid danger.
- During the boat ride, please follow the instructions of on-site staff (such as tour guides) and follow safety regulations when riding the Tongtian River cruise ship.
- The Tongtian River cruise may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions (e.g., excessive rainfall). To ensure your visit is well-planned, please check with customer service to confirm if the Tongtian River cruise is operating normally before your trip.
- To keep Lingyun Bridge clean and tidy, please wear shoe covers and visit with courtesy.
- Due to the special material of the Lingyun Skywalk, high heels are prohibited. Visitors wearing high heels, please remove your shoes before entering the Lingyun Skywalk.
- The Lingyun Skywalk is a one-way route. Please follow the instructions of our staff during your visit.
- For your safety, jumping, climbing, playing, or horseplay is prohibited on the Lingyun Sky Bridge.
- It is prohibited to scratch or hit the Lingyun Sky Bridge with hard objects, or to throw any foreign objects from it.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, fear of heights, or those who are intoxicated are prohibited from visiting Lingyun Skywalk.
- Seniors and children must be accompanied by a guardian to visit the Lingyun Sky Bridge.
- Tourists must present their tickets and wear shoe covers in advance to enter the Jiutian Cloud Corridor for sightseeing.
- High heels are prohibited on the Cloud Corridor. Guests wearing high heels, please remove your shoes and put on shoe covers before entering.
- The Cloud Corridor allows two-way traffic and has a limit of 300 people at a time. When crowded, please queue in an orderly manner and follow the instructions of our staff.
- Jumping, shaking, climbing over fences, and chasing or roughhousing are prohibited on the Cloud Corridor.
- Metal and hard objects are prohibited to prevent them from falling and damaging the glass. Vandalism, graffiti, and littering are strictly prohibited.
- To ensure smooth passage for all visitors, please do not linger on the Cloud Corridor for extended periods.
- Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, those who are intoxicated, pregnant women, and seniors over 65 years of age are not permitted to enter the Cloud Corridor.
- Children and seniors must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the Cloud Corridor.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
- Dragon Stream Rafting is one of the recreational activities in the scenic area. Please wear your raincoat, rain pants, and rain hat. Hold onto the raft handle and buckle tightly.
- During the rafting trip, please take care of your mobile phones and other valuables. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged if they fall into the water. Standing up or any action that involves leaving the raft is strictly prohibited. Please remain seated at all times and hold firmly onto the raft's handrails and buckles.
- During rafting, in the event of an emergency (such as a raft becoming stranded), do not leave the raft under any circumstances. Wait for staff to arrive and assist.
- Individuals aged 70 and over, those in frail health, and individuals with a fear of heights, heart conditions, or high blood pressure are strictly prohibited from rafting.
- Children under 5.1m are strictly prohibited from riding the raft. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Sky High Speedway is a free activity. Participants must pay attention to safety and obey the instructions of the staff on site.
- Individuals with conditions such as hypertension and heart disease, etc., and those who are unfit for strenuous exercise are prohibited from using the facilities. Intoxicated individuals and drug users are prohibited from using the facilities.
- Individuals weighing over 100 kg are prohibited from using this.
- This activity is only suitable for individual participants over 1.4 meters in height. Children under 1.4 meters must be accompanied by a parent. Children under 3 years old and elderly individuals over 70 years old are prohibited from participating. Only one adult can accompany one child in a vehicle.
- Vehicle Operation Precautions: Keep both hands firmly on the handlebars while operating the vehicle. Do not operate with one hand. In case of sharp turns or emergencies, apply brakes simultaneously with both hands to decelerate. Do not get off the vehicle to take photos while in motion. Do not extend your feet outside the vehicle or remove your hands from the handlebars while riding to avoid personal injury.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in high-altitude and thrilling activities. Pregnant women are prohibited from riding "Sky High Rollercoaster," "Dragon Rapids," and "Black Forest Adventure."
