Intro: Located in Qingyang District, Wenshu Monastery was first built in the Sui Dynasty and rebuilt during the Kangxi period, after which it was named Wenshu Monastery. The monastery houses more than 300 Buddha statues of various materials, including iron, spun yarn, wood carvings, stone carvings, and clay sculptures. Among them is a Burmese jade Buddha, which is very precious and comes from Myanmar.
