Osaka Sumo Show Experience with Food & Drinks

Went with my husband and we had a great time at the show! It was fun to learn some history of sumo wrestling along with the rules and techniques used. The wrestlers were very charismatic and fun to watch, and it was great to cheer for our favorites and then watch audience members challenge them. Overall a great experience in Osaka!

We absolutely loved the Sumo Hall Show and enjoyed every single moment from start to finish! The experience was incredibly entertaining, well organised, and exceeded our expectations. A lovely surprise was receiving a complimentary goodie bag and drink upon arrival, which was a great touch and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated being able to order food during the show, making the whole experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. The sumo wrestlers were fantastic and showcased their skills in a fun, engaging, and interactive way. The host was equally amazing, bringing so much energy, humour, and enthusiasm to the show. Together, they created an unforgettable atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout. Whether you’re a sumo fan or simply looking for a unique cultural experience in Japan, I highly recommend the Sumo Hall Show. It was one of the highlights of our trip and is definitely worth experiencing!

Amazing show, it was fun and interactive! We were laughing and learning at the same time the history of Sumo. Dinnet was great and the merchandise sold was awesome! We left with a bag full of merchandise.

You definitely need to book this! The sumo’s performed and demonstrated the history of sumo. They then held matches and it was amazing to watch. the funniest part is when the audience members challenged the sumo’s.

wow just an absolutely amazing experience it's was funny educational and just everything I hoped it would be it's more of an exhibition match then a real match but all the same it was a 10/10 experience if your staying in osaka I highly recommend checking this out the bento boxes were delicious the staff where very kind and spoke amazing English and getting to meet a sumo from John wick 4 was so cool 😊

highly recommended for first time sumo show viewers. It gives a presentation and explanation of Sumo wrestling and is good fun. Afyer attending I felt ready to attend a more traditional Sumo wrestling show.

Definately worth the visit. The show was very entertaining, lots of laughs through out. The bento box was also very nice and the staff were all friendly and very attentive. highly recommend the visit when in Osaka. We took our two girls 13 & 11 and they loved it.

I had such an amazing time at Sumo Hall! The show was fun and engaging. I even got picked to go up on stage, which I had no idea was part of the experience, and it was awesome! Definitely a highlight of my trip. The wrestlers and hosts were all super friendly, and the whole event felt really authentic and entertaining. The only small downside wasn’t with Sumo Hall itself but with Klook. The QR codes provided in the Klook app can’t be scanned at the venue. You’ll need to use the email that Sumo Hall sends directly to access your tickets for entry. This is as not mentioned anywhere when booking via this app unfortunately. Overall, such a unique and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

We booked this last minute and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Not an actual sumo wrestling competition but more a theatrical sumo show. It was fun to watch nonetheless.
