Good game! staff was very helpful especially with the faulty system. she let us replay when there was issue. Just disappointed by the noisy event outside which made us very hard to focus on the game

decent experience with a modest game selection and four stations. Playing "Zombie Apocalypse" was immersive and engaging, supported by responsive equipment. ChatGPT. The staff was supportive. Luckily, I had messaged on WhatsApp before arriving. They informed me about their scheduled group event later that day and gave me a time to come in.

I recently visited Hologate VR at Berjaya Times Square. The games and facilities themselves were great — very fun and well-maintained. However, my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. He was unfriendly, unresponsive, and quite rude throughout my visit. What’s worse, he even touched me (a muslim woman), which is completely unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable. I truly hope the management takes this matter seriously and provides proper staff training on professionalism and respecting customer boundaries. It’s unfortunate that such good facilities are let down by poor service from certain staff.

Venue staff explain different types of games in detail for guests to choose from. However, the game only lasts for 10 minutes and is not fully enjoyable, so it is suitable for those who are new to VR.
