You must go to port terminal 1/F of the bus terminal in advance to redeem your ticket (you absolutely need to reserve 30mins for this), because KLOOK QRcode cannot be used to get on the bus. It is recommended that you first go to the information center at the door and ask where the CoachUSA ticketing counter is. Because the CoachUSA counter near the Gate is not a place to get tickets. Tickets can be used on any day and time within a year. It is the same ticket for both trips and must be kept carefully. On the day of boarding, you need to go to the CoachUSA counter near the gate to check the exact gate number, because the gates are different at different boarding times. On the return trip, just go back to the drop-off location (bus stop 1). There is no clear indication of where USAcoach gets on in the Outlet, but don’t worry, because the other bus stop 2 is right next to it.

Woodbury has lots of stores to shop with very good price off seasons branded products. Advisable to arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal 20mins earlier to redeem the tickets from Coach USA counter which is not too visible, we have to ask Information Counter to direct us to the counter. And go up to 4th Floor to hop on the bus, overall experience was pretty pleasant.

After booking on Klook, you only need to go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal Coach USA ticket station to exchange the QR code for the physical ticket, and then you can go to the station to board the bus. It is recommended to redeem your ticket one day earlier to avoid queuing or looking for the boarding location, as the station is very large and it takes time to find it. It takes about 1 hour by car. On the return trip, you can board the bus with your outbound ticket.
