Pre-Departure Notice

  • Please ensure the communication app you have provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan so we can contact you. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send vehicle and tour guide information for the next day's departure to your email before 8 PM the day before departure. Please check your email (including your spam folder). To ensure a smooth departure, please contact your tour guide or driver promptly. Thank you.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure and notify you by email.

Seats and Vehicles

  • This is a shared tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please note them, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement is subject to on-site conditions.
  • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and you cannot specify the type of vehicle. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as a tour assistant, and the explanation may be briefer.
  • If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustments and Safety

  • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles may not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour).
  • The itinerary is for reference only, and actual transportation, stopover, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
  • In the event that facilities such as cable cars and tour boats are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the length of stay will be adjusted.
  • Fees will not be refunded for lateness due to personal reasons, temporary changes to meeting locations, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group.

Seasons and Scenery

  • In winter, if highways are closed or scenic spots have restricted entry due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

  • Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as we will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join midway.
  • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain trips.

* The tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance, so it is recommended to purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks, so please register carefully according to your health condition.

* After the tour starts, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will have to bear the cost of return travel or additional accommodation.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
