What to expect

Depart in the morning at 7;30 am to arrive at Jomblang Cave, which is 90min drive from Yogyakarta. The best time to see the Heaven light is from 10 to 11:30 am. Once you arrive at the bottom of the cave, you will need to wait for the rest of the group before following the trail to the tunnel. At the end of the tunnel, you will be mesmerized by the rays of sunlight pouring through the roof of the cave!

After Jomblang cave, c. Enjoy the ambiance, the stunning views and the sounds of the nature. While in the area, you can also enjoy some swimming and caving, or try free jumping in some areas that are safe to jump from. We had an amazing trip. The itinerary made for a well-balanced day that started with exploring the Jomblang cave and ended with an exhilarating splash the river. From an itinerary point of view, this was completely hassle free with everything included. The best suprise was a very tasty lunch after exploring the caves. We were the only group on the Kalisuci tubing, so we could go at our own pace, stopping in the mouth of one of the caves to jump off the rocks into the water.
