I don't go much to Cathedrals, but being in Milan I thought of visiting the Duomo. And the outside architecture itself was so impressive. And the inside was magnificent. Additionally the Scala museum was also memorable because I got my visit to Operate house (just day before I had wanted to see one after seeing it in a series). I could see the feeling of mine (in a way like this is my cathedral/ Duomo and that's how we do here) and that created an additional bonding for me.

definitely a must. I went wow! the min I stepped into the cathedral. the guide was great as he interacted with us by asking us questions about the duomo.
